Every time I pass there my desire and appetite hook me not to pass Nados their staff ,foods and environment is superb

Nandos broadacres has very friendly staff who are efficient and helpful. Today I ordered my favorite hot pot with rice topped up with livers, hot and spicy... When it arrived, it was hot (spicy & temp) fresh and absolutely delicious. Chicken was tender and livers were not overdone and rubbery but absolutely perfect.Have not had everything on their menu obviously, but from what I have had, I would recommend a stop in at this branch anytime, call and collect, take away, eat in.. Even ubereats... Thanks for the awesome meal..

The food was okay not the usual standard we used to coming from Pretoria....we ordered family meal mild but there was hardly any sauce on the chicken ...portion size was okay .... The only disappointing thing was the potatoe wedges but it seems as it is getting less and less yet this is a sharing meal and we were 4 of us so not much wedges to go around...we ordered peri peri wedges and peri peri spinach but we got plain spinach and hardly any spice on our wedges...not sure if its the area but the food was bland and not spicy like we ordered ...

Order frequently from this place and they always do such a good a job even with last minute changes

Waited an Extra 45mins as my order wasnt processed.Order wasnt prepared well and lacked flavour & sauceRolls werent fresh.Manager seemed overwhelmed while trying hard to put out fires.Yes the store was chaos as other orders werent processed on time.First experience at this branch and will be reluctant to return.No thanks for your automated responses.Will not be sharing any detailsNot really interested in the store owner calling and making promises nor do I want anything for free.All customers are important regardless if one reviews or not.Best Wishes Going Forward

Had to wait an hour for customers order, MR D n Uber which was abt 15+ drivers combined waiting for customers orders. Your staff was not sensitive to the fact drivers were waiting for their orders. Who were frustrated and standing outside in the freezing cold. The staff was bickering in front of customers and drivers. While others were dancing. Eventually when the chaos calmed down. when I got acknowledged the customer order wasnt on their screen therfore wasnt prepared. They then found the slip an only then it was rung up. Bearing in mind from accepting the order the order was already 25mins late. Im disgusting with the customer service. Remember although I might be a driver I represent the customer who ordered at your restaurant.

Never experienced such poor service!!Ordered at 18.08, delivery only arrived at 19.30 only to find they had delivered 1 of the 2 burgers short and the food was ice cold!!Called the Nandos call centre and they transferred me to the store - no answer!Called the call centre again - transferred me to a team leader - no answer!Called the call centre again - asked the operator to sort out and call me back - still waiting!Called the call centre again - waited 10mins while they tried to get hold of the store and a team leader - didnt get either so have promised to call me back. It is now 2.5 hours later and not sure if I will ever see my missing burger that I paid for.Absolutely pathetic that a service business can have such poor service!

Loved it. They need to invest in a generator though. When electricity goes, business stops. Considering they serve mostly flame grilled chicken, they should be able to keep the grills hot even without electricity.The staff is really friendly. Loved it here

Hi Guys, So disappointed with my meal today. I placed an order for lunch, it arrived half an hour late but also ordered extra sauce in the livers and the pita, there was no sauce in the pita and very little in the livers. also order was packed so badly, that the little sauce from the livers leaked into the bag... I Love Nandos, and this was the 2nd time in the last month that my meals was just not what i wanted....

Quick, efficient service. Friendly staff, patient. The order was correct and they didnt skim on the extra sauce. The chicken was tender 😋 and it was not dry. This will be my go-to Nandos.

The reason for my 3star rating is because the chicken tastes very nice, but that chicken is anorexic. Really now they can actually give decent sized portions of chickens & the roasted veggies had a bit too much of a tomato taste. Friendly staff.

Taking the time to rate the absolutely shoddy and disgraceful customer service i received from Broadacres Nandos. We order food via their telephonic system 40 minutes before we cam through to collect as we were in a massive hurry to collect my son from creche before they closed. I was greeted by a gentleman who then proceed to take his sweet time and proceeded to help others despite me pleading that i was very short on time and despite being first in the queue. He started arguing and trying to justify his actions which were completely irrational. Worst way to treat a customer and you can be rest assured myself, family, colleagues and friends we will no longer be using you.Just an update on the copy paste they reply they give on these things i emailed their contact address and it has been over a week and they have not bothered to respond. Keep this in mind when you think any outcome will occur from these clowns.Disgusting!

Service was great but wrap was not the great quality I like to enjoy at Nandos. Chicken was dry. Very expensive for what it is.

Sayi’s service was exceptional. He paid attention to detail, right from the moment when he took my order, up until he packed it and made sure the food was correct and prepared well. The food was absolutely delicious and spicy. This is by far one of the best Nandos experience that I’ve had. Right from the beginning to the end. Thanks Sayi and team. Keep up the excellent work.

Staff very unfriendly. Their are very loud when talking to the friends that comes over from the outside. No respect towards customers. Hope and trust issues can get sorted.

Buy 2 burgers all the fillets was badly burnt one side throw it away was to far to take back will never return

Shocking, their systems were apparently offline and I couldnt redeem my voucher. So called manager said the IT guys were resolving the issue, which I highly doubt.Never again will I visit this Nandos

The meal was good, however the service and Covid19 restrictions need to be improved.

A nice clean restaurant, bit on the small side though. Theres a couple of tables outside but open to pedestrian traffic. No toilet on site, just a wash basin. The food is well prepared and served by friendly staff.

Always appreciate a little sink to wash my hands in before eating. Available even to take away customers. Also definitely one of the fastest Nandos in terms of service! No bathroom in store but staff will give you the code to the public bathroom in the centre if you ask.

Sorry guys youll letting the standards of Nandos down big time. My partner and i are real Nandos addicts and decided to try a new venue (Broadacres) 18.01.2020 apart from our usual outlet (Leaping Frog) which takes longer than usual for your order if seated might i add.Broadcres was quicker with food and the quality of the foods freshness was simply amazing and crisp, this would have been perfect as we were craving the extra sauce btw they are stingy with sauce and i offered to pay extra. Our dinner was interrupted so badly by flies and our supper time had to be terminated sadly. Try getting someones attention. Youll get tremendously angry for their lack of service as well as one of the till attendants lack of urgency in our ordeal which i had to get up twice btw to get any sort of service for just a takeaway bag. Food was still yummy at home 😉

Well run shop however take away waiting times during peak periods are sometimes too long and the food not hot. Also not over the moon about the shop being halal, but overall impression of the shop is above average to good, with food quality being good.

Not a great experience at all! It was my first visit at this branch and my last to be honest. The lady in the front had too much attitude and dictated what piece i must have... She even had the courage to give me the customer care number to call and complaint.

There was a time that I would have given this Nandos a three star rating but they they have stepped up in a big way! Love it here.

I love that this Nandos is located 2 doors down from the Copperlake Pub in the same building. One can place an order, pop around for a pint, and collect ones order thereafter, which I see some other patrons do.The orders are slow on Friday evenings, twice my order took in excess of 30 minutes, but otherwise food quality and service are good.

I got a wrap from here which took forever for them to cook and when I got home it was half empty. The service is terrible and so is the quality of food.

Service is very bad, had orders messed up before but the worst was 2 weeks ago when I waited for 20 minutes for my prepared meal to be handed too me, after I complained to the manager. Manager refused to give me the owners details. I told him the food was cold and his response was that he could reheat it but its busy and he doesnt know how long it will take

Usually Nandoss staff are lovely and friendly. Not this time.I ordered a salad and it was super grim because everything wasnt cut fresh, to order. So kinda nasty and soggy and spongy. Otherwise, the chicken was delish !

Good eveningI called the Nandos broadacres store at 6:30, was caller number 4, when I got to number 1, they hung up on me, this happened twice as I called again and the same thing happened. I decided to drive there myself, I arrived there at 6:48 and placed an order. There were 3 other customers before me. I only received my order at 7:27, almost 40 minutes of waiting for my order( 2 quarter chicken, chips and garlic rolls and a kiddies meal). This has been the worst customer service and experience I’ve experienced at any Nandos. This is unacceptable.
