I had the pleasure of dealing with Sadina at Rivonia. I had ordered Fiesta fries and I had an issue with the food quality upon delivery. I called Nandos and Sadina called me back promptly. She was lovely and polite, offering to replace the item. She went above beyond by preparing the item for me herself. It was delicious! She sets an example of what excellent customer service is! I will be back.

Had the special. R49.99 chicken prego and chips. I had lemon and herb flavour. Only problem was that the Portuguese prego role was over sized or the chicken breast / prego was to small. Even the portion of chips looked bigger.Havent been to Nandos in ages and sadly Im not desperate to go again.

I think they should do better in terms of their taking away pack. I mean how can I use a paper box to pack food that has sauce on it?

Usually a big fan of this nandos branch. But wasnt too happy with the 2 burgers i orderd. Chicken was half the size of of burger.

The Nandos itself is great. Clean, and the food tasted fresh which is always good. However the complex its situated in is extremely cramped due to the entrance being clogged by everyone going to the bottle store. Extremely tight trying to get around so many cars in such a constricted space which would put me off revisiting which is sad given the Nandos itself is a good example of how great the food from that franchise can be!

The pap and gravy was to live for. Their chicken was perfect. I enjoyed it. Served very neatly. Thank you

Amazing food no doubt however the service was ok. I agree it was closing time and there were quite a few customers but guys being fast doesnt mean inadequate service. The place was not clean especially the area where take out clients were waiting I believe this should be the place most often cleaned as it has a high footfall.

The majority of my life, I have always been a KFC girl. But I have to let the world know that I am now converted. I gave Nandos a try as I received a voucher from Vodacom. Let me tell u. It’s the best chicken - I have ever tasted in my life! ThankU Vodacom and ThankU Nandos 🤗

Was very disappointed with my shake as it had 3 huge ice blocks in it. This I only found once home. Its not like I spent R20 their... my bill at the drive threw was close to R300. Will definitely not be buying again...

Nandos is always great for a quick bite. Food was prepared well, staff were friendly and the sit down area was clean. As a whole good experience at this store.

Usually dont go through the drive thru but order takeaway inside. This outlet is fairly consistent in quality and service. A bonus is exploring the bottle store next door while waiting for your order.

Okay the drive through is quick enough for a Nandos... The food is amazing. I love the spicy rice hot pot and its always done just right. No inconsistencies. So overall, great service and great food.

Nonsense drive thru, my order is always wrong and this is the most convenient nandos for me as its on my way when I go home. When I get home the order is wrong, the pieces are wrong. And I cant drive back. Im so upset nxa. I pay for this food, im not getting it for free for me to not get what I asked for.

Quick service inside, love the decor, and the queues are usually minimal so you can zip in and out quickly. Drive thru is a bit less amazing, but their late hours make it bearable

Another bad service at Nandos rivonia. I tell them no extra sauce and guess what.. they do exactly the opposite.. they put extra sauce and the meat is swimming with sauce. Its the 3th time now. They just loose the plot during peak times when they busy. They mix orders, take too long, and dont adhere to client requests.You will not see me again shame. I give up on you guys

Nando’s Rivonia, your service has slowly descended into apathy again! The last two delivery orders I have received have been wrong. From missing extras to entire missing menu items & sides.You are letting the good name of Nando’s down!

Just as you would expect, but at least they got everything right first time unlike so many places that always get something wrong only to realize so at home! Therefore good, efficient service. Food is good and tastes the same as it always does (which is the way it should be)

Store doesnt pay attention my request all the time when I order there, I asked for relish to my rice and when I got home plain rice yet it was confirmed when I received my order. You ask for extra source and that too falls in deaf ears

I ordered a halloumi veg and rice via Uber eats. The rice was severely undercooked and impossible to eat. Complete waste of time and money

So my better half developed this craving for their chicken livers...mild, with a fresh bun and some reall butter. R44 starter and R54 full portion. Wow now I’m hooked as well and finding myself going through this drive through more often than I should.Service is fast, efficient, friendly and the boxes and utensils very good quality. C u sooon!

The food was great, just some of the stuff acts like they are the owners. Our order was gotten wrong and when we corrected them we got attitude. Very dissapointing as we as a family loves Nandos and we buy atleast once a week

Their griller was off and they made us wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru. What Nando’s switches off a griller before closing time ? So absurd

They were fine until we received our meal and found chewed bubblegum attaching the salad dressing sachets together. We have purchased in the past first time we came accross this and its the first we ever encountered and never complained about nandos before. This speaks to cleanliness and housekeeping as its now questionable and especially during covid you would expect better.

Nice new venue. Quick service and the food is fresh and tasty. The curb where you enter the drive thru on the edge of the road could be smoothed or lowered to make entry and exiting a little easier...other than that great clean place.

Made to wait for almost 10 minutes at the drive-through, only to be told (make that barked at) that no pap, no pap. If it wasnt so bad, it would be funny. The only reason for the 2 stars is that we got our food as ordered.

The food was simply delicious. The only trouble we had was that our orders were taking longer than usual, considering how few people were in the place. Maybe it was an issue just for that day.
