The service is appalling honestly something must be done urgently. The manager Daphney doesn’t care to resolve issues with customers. She is rude and not helpful. We ordered food on Uber eats and didn’t get delivery, she told us to go away as it is none of her business. This is no way to talk to customers. Please do something

Chips were stale and stiff. Spicy rice was not spicy, cooked properly or had flavour. Dont order off Mr D as the staff will not check your meals properly and leave items out and they will not compensate either.Will NOT recommend to anyone.

The chicken was enjoyable fresh and tastyThe fries were stale and stiff so I asked for the staff to replace with a freshly fried portion... Done.. no questions asked.. Polite

They never pay attention to special instructions (such as adding extra sauce) so my meat is dry when I order but other than that, the food is good

Nandos Chillie Lane, What a Bummer yet again.I placed an order for collection, I had purchased 3 quarter chicken and chips. I requested Mozan Paprika extra flavour geez. I literally received dry breast, person who was grilling just took the unflavored pieces warmed them up and just poured the sauce on top, i love Mozan paprika Flavor but this is my second worst experience with Nandos Chilie lane. I am left disappointed again, my thoughts were that the meat is pre - marinated prior to grilling. Why are you dropping the ball😳 It is either you train someone else to do the grilling or we will opt for another branch.

I did an online order and came to store to collect. I took my order and went home only to realise that there were missing items. Fortunately the store did find my items and had it delivered to me within 10 to 15 minutes so was ok in the end.

This Nandos doesnt really jump out at me. The food is average compared to other outlets. Its in a convenient area but the food is below par.

Enjoyed the boejee bowl.. my new favorite dish .. thank u nandos ... still doesnt beat the vitality meal ...

Such disappointment.I order the full livers and roll and I get a sad box with what seemed to be 3/4s missing.. It doesnt even reach the halfway of the box.. .this for 60 bucks is ridiculous There is no gravy and the box comes to tilted to the side.I also ordered the grand meal in Xtra hot but get medium hot...Never ordering from sunninghill again.

Best chicken by far. Chicken burger, chip and mielie is my favorite. Mostly in South Africa buy have spotted at Nandos in Delhi India. The adverts are so catchy using relevant burning content to show burning hot chicken. Such a play on words. The Nandos sauce are far more available. In South Africa and India in most shops you can find them.

I ordered a halloumi roast veg and rice and received a halloumi bowl with rice and sweet corn... Extremely disappointed with the service

They were quick and helped with no problems. Service was well rounded and the drive through was quick and easy to get an order through. Some note has to be made in regards to the staffs attitude though. They were quiet, unresponsive and seemed uninterested in the customers. Otherwise a well rounded experience with good service.

The food is always served quickly. They have an efficient drive through. Always get the order right from the start and consistency in portion size, quality and taste.

I dont go to Nandos but always go to Chilly Lane Shopping Centre and park under the in the basement. Its free and its a cool place as you either take a lift or the stairs. Lots of takeaway shops and a few Restaurants. Various shops for your needs. Enjoy!

Had Dry chicken and stale corn and chips.

Their chicken is always fresh and nicely done. It will keep you asking for more. This is where I learned that beetroot is very nice when mixed with feta cheese, and I always enjoy their chicken livers. It often attracts a trendy crowd of young professionals (which provides a nice atmosphere), but it is often packed, especially during the lunch hours.

You can see the kitchen while you wait. People were spraying cleaning products next to food that was being cooked. No one was wearing gloves while handling food, from raw chicken to cooked chips. I will not order there again.

Service was very good. I went on a rainy, busy Friday night. The staff were very helpful and courteous as I paid for the order I had made on the phone earlier.Good experience overall.

Decent service and good food.My last visit was made slightly uncomfortable due to the fact that the aircons were not on and the heat from the kitchen made it somewhat unbearable.Hopefully as summer draws in they will take their patrons comfort into consideration.

This is a very small nandos outlet but I believe this is to service the gym goers and for takeaways. I didnt expect much and ordered the starter livers which I only got down to eat 3 days later. It was a wonderful meal and met all my expectations and more. Definitely a trip to try out the other meals for sure.

The service is quick, staff friendly environment cool, generally its a place to be.

Quality of food has decreased. No care taken when packing food, staff are bit abrupt and some cant even smile at you. They seem very unhappy. When ordering online, they have gotten my order wrong twice now and once the food was not even packed well that it fell in the delivery vehicle!! Never again. Not worth the trouble of ordering from them.

The food is great, however they need to be a bit more conscious when it comes to take away orders. They often forget butter (which you pay for), cutlery and condiments. The good is still great regardless. Its not like some other Nandos where the chicken is overdone and theres barely any edible meat left on the wring and bottom of the drumstick.

We ordered mild chicken livers on Uber eats. The livers were HOT despite the label on the box showing mild! We called Nandos, the assistant on the phone said its not Nandos problem and we should take it up with Uber eats. Inconveniently we then took it back to Nandos , Nandos insisted that it was mild, refused to clarify by tasting it ! With a VERY bad attitude refused any form of compensation.

I always enjoy a meal with my colleague about twice a week there. Walking distance from my workplace. Service is quick and super.

Called to place an order and I was told they couldnt deliver because of the weather although it had cleared up in the area. I was told Id get a call back to confirm if they are still taking delivery orders. Its been 4 hours. I wont hold my breath.

My local Nandos, conveniently located in Chilli Lane Shopping Centre. Gets busy in the afternoons. Food is always great. Love the new African fusion deco.

No air conditioning. Service is terrible. Items were missing from my order. I even received the wrong order. Spent more time asking for my stuff then anything. Didnt get my coke till the 4th time of asking for it. Will never go back there. The food however was good.

I have ordered the meal online and I went to collect only to find that they didn’t give me all the food I have ordered while it appears on my receipt 🙄🙄🙄 for as much as I love your food. I have no choice but to stop buying from you. The other day I bought full chicken and request that they cut it only to get home and find that my full chicken was ‘crippled’ and had only 1 drum stick and 1 wing. I phoned and ordered chicken livers and a roll at 19H25 and I arrived at 20H20 to pick up my order when I got in the lady told me they skipped my order this is so disgusting honestly disappointing. I DONT RECOMMEND NANDOS CHILLI LANE!!!!!

Is always a pleasant surprise when comparing various Nandos outlets. This particular outlet seems to get their chicken strips and rice just better then others. Potato wedges leave a little to be desired and not for the first time neither. Overall nice experience for those nights when a home dinner lacks motivation

Very disappointing service waited ages for our order only for the waiter to deliver it in pieces. One plate every 10 minutes. l had to ask for our juice when we where half way through our meal only for the waiter to tell me that she is still busy cleaning tables she will bring it when she is done. It took her another 15mins before she could bring our juice. This has been my favourite Nandos but going forward will try other branches. The staff is so incompetent and very unfriendly. You have to keep on asking for everything that you ordered its as if they dont even know what they are doing.

You dont deserve ANY STARS... After waiting 30 minutes for my food, I get back to my office only to find that the 1/4 chicken I ordered was for the smallest baby chicken nandos could find. I picked the meat off and was lucky to have 2 mouth fulls of food. The coleslaw was basically a tub of watered down mayo with a little bit of cabbage, of which I can now add the cabbage was going black. If the parking at the center wasnt a nightmare I would have returned my food and asked for a refund. I am truly shocked!

Nandos is Nandos but their peri fries/wedges just look like the poured the Peri seasoning as an afterthought

It was very busy when I went there. Staff were pleasant and efficient. My order was done as asked although it did take a little longer than usual as they were very busy.

Overall the food is average. I see of recent they have decided to limit the amount of basting sauce you can put on your portions of chicken even when requested when putting your order through. The chicken ends up being somewhat dry. In the past, the chicken was awesome, because they didnt ration the amount of basting sauce when requested in your order.
