Extremely disappointed. I specifically asked to leave the soy dressing and soy sauce out from my order, yet they ignored it. Im allergic to wheat which is found in soy sauce I even made a note for the delivery and they ignored it. Its all over my food. I wasted my money and now Ive got nothing to eat. I definitely will never order from you again as you do not take peoples notes and allergies serious.

I ordered a sole mate platter that comes with a salad for take away when arrived at home the salad was not there.called the restaurant and was told the manager will call me back and still he hasnt called back...poor customer service

Comparing tonights plater with what we had 2 months ago, what a disappointment. Not only was the portion sizes 1/3 smaller, but also not very tasty. Even comparing our 4 platter there were a big difference in quantity. Quality was not the best. The worst part was when I realized that not 1 of the chefs and half of the other staff was working and working without there masks. In these times we are living it is unacceptable. Even the covid officer in the store, did not really care about the complaint.

I placed an order via the Ocean Basket app... @17h19 when I get to the store 18h09 thats only when they start preparing my order.....what was the whole point of placing my order..if no body cared to check it...or better yet their system failed to pick up the order...Im really disappointed...

If seafood is what you crave, Ocean Basket has it. It is, after all, a seafood restaurant. They have a good menu including a wide range of fish, prawns, sushi both vegetarian and otherwise, and soups.However, as alike as ocean baskets are they have some big differences in how good their food is. I came here looking for prawns or calamari, and settled on having both (plus a piece of fish and three mussels) in the Platter for one. The prawns were good, as was the calamari. The mussels were some of the best Ive ever eaten.Now for the gripes. The chips were dry, the rice flavourless, and, worst of all, the fish was, simply put, fishy. It was a real let down, almost bad enough to sour the whole meal. Almost.In conclusion: Can I recommend this Ocean Basket? Yes. Good food, good atmosphere, excellent service. Just keep to the other seafood and avoid the fish.

Went there..the lady who attended to us was so serious,not even smiling...the food was just prepared,looked like it was thrown on the plate...mussels wasnt well prepared and to to it all the management sat close to the entrance eating simba chips and laughing so loud...they should be checked...also the staff is not friendly at all...my 4yr old even asked y is the aunty angry....dont see myself going there ever again...they dont even deserve 1 star

The food is pretty decent and the restaurant is situated in a great mall, but they do take a very long time with your orders - drinks as well. Its usually not very busy, but its not worth going if you dont have an hour to waste waiting on your order.

The worst! I mean the WORST! I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt with my money but today the line has been drawn! BAD service. Ordered sushi that took forever, waiter brings it without chop sticks. They demand I pay cash because their card machine doesnt work (as always) can it just shut down.

Went to buy sushi and the trainee help us, or he looked like a trainee because he was struggling. The manager yelled on him and explained were the soya was, he struggled to find it and brought the wrong tub, which I didnt mind but she yelled on him rather than helping him. How is he suppose to learn if she doesnt show and help him??

Worst ocean basket ever shocking experience you should close down if you cant take care of your clients i ordered a prawn platter with chips and it was almost their closing time and the lady that took my order demanded that i pay before my food was prepared because she wanted to knock off when she braught my food it was already cold when i asked her to warm it she refused grabbed her hand bag and stormed off
