We had a wonderful experience on Saturday. Yolanda was extremely attentive and her service was exceptional. The food was great. Steak was perfect and the bar one hot chocolate was absolutely delicious. Sonja and her team are fantastic!

Very nice Spur. Friendly and quick service. Would recommend parking at Menlyn Maine and walking to the Spur as Casino parking is very expensive. The food is delicious and it’s not too busy. Would definitely visit again.

My family and I decided to visit the Spur on Wednesday 28th April and were surprised at the terrible service. They had no concern for covid regulations and served half of our table 20min before serving the other. It really didnt give a good first impression.

I visited Spur on Sunday 14/02/2021 and was totally disgusted at the service. Firstly, We got into the Restaurant and was completely ignored. We waited patiently for 20 minutes & eventually requested to see a Manager. The Manager (JP) assisted, apologies and seated us. That is were it ended, we ordered our food and was left unattended for the entire time. We did not even get sauces on our table OR anything to Drink. The food was also not made to the normal standard. We eventually paid our bill and alerted JP the Manager of our unsatisfactory service issue. He Promised to phone me on Monday & I am still waiting. Needless to say, this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

This is a really lovely Spur. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. Our meal was delicious, we had the R55 burger special (on a Monday) and a waffle for R20 (on a Monday). There isnt a smoking section.

They mixed-up my Uber order and I phoned in to report it. The manager was super friendly and in minutes he came to my house to fix my order + they even gave me something extra for the inconvenience. Now that is excellent service, I will be ordering from them again!

Went there to eat after seeing excellent reviews. I was really dissapointed. I ordered nachos , the chicken special that they had and buffalo wings which was really sad. Their chicken was dry , there was no sauce as i thought there will be the chips was old the calamari was more batter than calamari and the buffalo wings was just dry and tasted funny. Im not a person to complain but i was so so sad with todays order. Its dissapointing to not receive the same service and good as other clients

This spur is great. The staff is friendly and their food is always fresh & well prepared when I go. They are on the entertainer app so thats a great bonus.

I always enjoy visiting Red Cloud. Not like other Spur locations. Theres lovely staff, usually mixes up our order but always fixes it in no time. Was served some food and part of it was missing, manager came to apologise personally and even gave us a 50% refund. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for the kids. Play area is modern and clean, although the VR stations could be better supervised (it seems it always breaks just before we have a chance to use it) and staff could be trained in the use a bit better.Ryan is an excellent waiter and, if for no other reason, his humour and efficiency will keep me coming back.

Worst delivery by Mr. D from YOU, Red Cloud. I will address the Owner.We ordered 2x Veggie burgers with cheese. 1x was upside down in the box. No cheese on BOTH, ice cold.Disgusting. Fell apartThe chips are OLD as, well as the onion rings. No condiments, sauces or serviettes.The order wasnt small, it was 6x burger meals.I spoke to Lettie (I think) Who then let Tyrone call me back. He wanted to replace the meal and give us a refund. Yet I wonder WHERE the Quality control is. Im not interested in this kind of service.We WONT BUY FROM RED CLOUD AGAIN.

THE best Spur I have ever visited in terms of food quality, taste and presentation. Whereas other Spur franchises offer dodgy quality and mediocre service, this Spur is tops! The others need to come and benchmark against this standard! I had the cheesy garlic prawn starter and the Spur belly ribs. Most definitely highly recommended!

I was really impressed with the good service. Also notable is the great tasting food as always considering the decent prices. Spur is one of my favourite middle class restaurants and this Red Cloud Spur is a testament to that. I would highly recomend a visit here. The views of the Casino and Plazza area with water features and modern art sculptures make this one of the better located spurs in Pretoria as well.

If you don`t want to wait to be seated but willing to wait for your food then this is the Spur for you. Staff and mangement were really friendly. Food was OK!

A huge Spur restaurant in Sun Arena, Time Square Casino, next to Menlyn Maine, Pretoria. Lots of games for kids, and homely meals that Spur is known for.
