I experienced the service as just another customer as an interference to their day Two staff was having a loud conversation with one another whilst sitting down at the customers waiting area. I was given the incorrect page to complete my details & had to write with a broken pen held together by celotape 🙄 According to the cars at the Drive Through it is better to order outside than using in store facilities. Not likely to use their in store facility again.

Definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in terms of service and food quality. Thank you for always getting my special order correctly! Unfortunately they lost one star due to their milkshakes not tasting like they should. Perhaps they use too much syrup. However, still a stellar McDonald’s. Great job guys!

Perfectly position from the now Solomon Mahlangu Drive and R21 Interchange this 24 Hour feeding lot is well worth the visit. Beautiful People serving delicious food and the modernized dining experience will always ask you to come back.Very safe and welcoming indeed. Once you fall in love with this place you can drive miles to get the tummy fix.

Now you would wonder why Id give a 5 start rating to a mass producing fast food chain like McDonalds waterproof ridge. Simple, we were looking for a quick bite to eat, we never ever ever ever ever do McDonalds for personal reasons. However today we have the craving. We pulled into a busy drive though and within less than 2 minutes we had ordered paid and received our food.Great work 👏 👍 👌 💪

Except for the curfew limitation and the not-so-user-friendly gigantic tabloid robots found when ordering inside, Waterloo Drive McDs are quick on serving orders via drive-through.

I was so disappointed when I wanted to get breakfast at McDonalds today and 1 of the staff refused for me to go in and order. She said that I do not have the correct mask on but my mouth and nose was covered. The manager came out and also refused me to go in.. A very disappointing experience.#5Star360Reviews

COVID protocols arent on the list of priorities at this particular establishment, staff are not encouraged to urge patrons to wear masks as is required and indicated when using the drive through.Orders are generally correct but on the occasion that it is wrong then very little is done from management to ensure meeting customer needs, putting onus on the customer to return to the restaurant if they want the incorrect order rectified.Unfortunately this is the only McDonalds on my route so Im forced to use it as my sone enjoys the food

Very poor service. I had to disinfect my own table with their microfiber cloth and disinfectants while staff just sad outside doing nothing. Nobody at the counters and only one staff member who wanted to assist with using the ordering kiosks. Wasnt impressed

I paid for our meal then the power cut out. They made me wait 10 mins after their system reboot and told me the payment did not go through and if it did I need to phone the bank to reverse it. The bank advised the payment did go through and McDonalds will have to reverse it from their side. McDonalds refused! They blatantly took out money

Often have to park and weight and despite having 2 order points getting through the drive through seems to always take longer. I believe that the same person is taking both the order points and payments which is pointless. Have often been given the incorrect food so make sure you check your orders.

Waited for food for more than half an hour. There was nobody behind the counter actually helping customers. Staff look you dead in the eye and just walk past and dont help.

Loved it, fast efficient service, despite us ordering vegetarian, which normally causes an issue. One small error with the drinks but was rectified quickly.

Went there for lunch on 20 January 2021 and got myself a burger just to realise when I got back to my office that there was plastic in my sauce. Could not go back as it would’ve taken too long and I had limited time for lunch. I tried calling them to make management aware of the problem, but there was no answer. Hoping this gets to someone who works there so they can contact me.

Best service ever. No I am not revering to the counter service. I placed my order and took a seat. They brought my food to my table, all quite normal but heres the kicker. There were 2 waitresses in high heals tending tables, going around and asking every table if all was in order and if we needed anything.Yes we are talking McDonalds!I was very impressed.Best McDonalds service ever.
