Nandos place is ok however the people that are sitting close to Nandos selling does not really feel safe to be there again more especially when you are sitting outside balcony the taxis and those people smoking the place looks like CBD in a way.

Great customer service and the food is awesome, and also you dont wait too long for your order. Some of the access points/gates have been closed so one has to go around into Pick n Pay cherrylane entrance when coming from middel street. Must be for a valid reason, ie. to secure the place? Besides that, im happy with them

Not very happy with the customer service burnt chicken and dry I did specify that LEMON AND HERB instead got mild hot. Green Salad was old with 3 olives its not first time Brooklyn nandos messing up my oder. Especially when I go there an hour before closing time.

Have not had Nandos for years so had high expectations.Sadly the meal was a bit disappointing. Chicken livers overcooked and sauce very sour. Chicken portions were very small but very tasty. Side dishes were however large and quite tasty, but i would have preferred a larger portion of chicken. My impressions of the past that Nandos was pricey but good quality and flavour stay the same. The store is however in a good location with controlled parking with 90min free. Staff friendly and helpful.

Avoid this establishment by any means necessary. This is by far thee worst Nanods in Gauteng. I have never gotten good service here! They always get order wrong. Always with an I dont care attitude and their fries had a stank today I only come here if I cant get to the one in Hatfield

Efficient in their service. Waiting time for food is not beyond what it should be. Staff are duty conscious and dedicated. It is located just next to the traffic circle at Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria. There is sufficient parking space outside. And there is just sufficient sitting space inside for individuals and or families.

Eat there approximately once a week on average. Consistent service and food quality. Four out of five stars, as four out of five times everything is perfect.Working nearby I do like to call ahead for an order, they sometimes neglect to answer the phone. Usually on such nights the food can also take too long to be ready.The staff are attentive and pleasant and person, not always the best over the phone. Besides that, always a go-to, healthier takeaway option

Over 25 minutes of patiently querying and waiting, watching people walk in and out, I got fed a refund and one word sorry...no other explanation...sorry.Now I have to go through the rest of my day on an empty stomach because the little time I had between my meetings was summed up in one word.I am highly Dissapointed - naa, dats an understatement

Absolutely Horrifying Experience. Would be happy to give them NO STARS if possible. Placed an order at 9AM to be delivered by 11Am. Tried calling them for a whole hour between 9:30AM to 10:30am. NO ONE picks up the calls, always got HUNG-UP by Opposite. Only to find out at 11am, that the order was not placed. Are you seriously Kidding?? The people are HIGHLY UNORGANIZED. Still waiting for a call from Nandos Brooklyn for them to CHECK what is happening. Maybe is time for you to change your staff, because they are highly UNRELIABLE. What sort of a famous franchise does this service to their customers??

Im in this Nandos now, before I bought my meal I asked if I can charge my phone they said yes, after I bought my meal I was then directed to a place to charge, its not working Im asking for help no one isI wealing to help and the reason why I bought my meal here it was because I wawa Ted to charge my phone more than anything but the service Im getting is just out and I have already bought my food, N I cant be helped.

I have had the poorest service imaginable at this branch.I ordered a small meal (1/2 chicken and 2 sides) for delivery to my home in Waterkloof at 17:20. Its now 20:30 and my food has still NOT arrived.I have phoned the branch numerous times to follow up. I was initially told by the manager, Monde, that the person who took my order took down my details incorrectly and that was the reason for the delay. However, its now been an hour and a half since correcting my details with him and STILL the food has not arrived. His most recent excuse is that the driver is not contactable.With all this, he offers no solution to the problem, or way to rectify the situation. Instead, he uses his driver as a scapegoat. He has made no effort to come up with an alternative plan to ensure my food is delivered in due time.I sincerely hope no one else has to experience this, and I am posting this to advise customers to refrain from using this branch as the service is dismal.

Their food is usually good and that is, naturally, why we purchase from them but, contradictorilly, to place your order— takes horrendously long. I’ve called numerous times and still, I have not received an answer. Quite disappointed by this feat.

I placed an order for delivery, i was told its going to take about 25 minutes, i waited over an hour. I called the shop, the lady told me she will call the driver and get back to me, i waited another 30 minutes for either the delivery or a call back, neither happened. after an hour 45 minutes, i called to cancel my order and the lady couldnt be bothered. I am disappointed.

Great place for lunch, place order and get payment out the way then have a seat and food is always good, so is service. Only thing is the noisy staff in and around the kitchen perhaps its too close to the dining area.

Agreed with another reviewer: the most disappointing livers and pap Ive had at any Nandos to date. Livers were small, rubbery and had hardly any flavor. Pap was watery and under salted (bland). And on top of all this (or actually, not) was the smallest amount of Nandos peri-peri sauce you could put on this without it looking like they forgot about it.At least it was quick (take-away order) and the staff were helpful - a lady came from the kitchen to help when she saw I was waiting.

I cannot remember having a pleasant experience with this branch of Nandos, once the driver forgot my drink, the other time I waited for over an hour for my order and I am barely 10 mins away from the store. Today I ordered a full chicken with 2 sides which is supposed to be R156, I asked for garlic rolls and peri wedges, she doesnt inform me its extra and the whole pack comes with no serviettes and condiments. I am forever unsatisfied with their service. Nandos should consider an online ordering service maybe its a communication problem. I dont know.GUYS PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!!!
