My favourite Mcdonald. Ever since. It opened many years ago...The best service ever by far... Bring your kids and family

Ordered this meal via ubereats(macfeast♥️), my order my prepared in just a few minutes and well packed. They followed the notes and I must admit their burger was warm, fresh and very delicious 😋.. my drink was prepared just how I wanted it.This was top customer service considering the fact that I ordered online.. my burger was still in one piece when it arrived.

Lots of beautiful succulents!! Nice play area with go karts for kids at restaurant.

Very friendly staff,assisted me from the door to the ordering machine,helped me through the whole process of placing my order.even escorted me to the waiting area.Even went back to check for a girl toy for me as the gave her a boy toy when i was about to leave as she was waiting for me at the door.Sorry i dont get your name but thank you for being a wonderful person and an excellent worker that they can be proud off.

Best services 👌theres a lot of team work 🙌 and theyre welcoming, their assistance is superb, even though it was busy, you didnt wait for more than 30min to get your order. Im very happy. May they continue doing so. 👏💙

M not happy with their coffee it was cold Nd taste like leftover coffee 😭

I have been going there for years but sometimes I feel like they fail to make sure my order is complete. Make sure you have everything you ordered before leaving the drive through.

Open 24/7. Fast and efficient service. Its always full on paydays. Has a drive through. Self service kiosks are available too. You may choose to sit in or take away, all up to you.

The cashier was extremely rude and impatient with us or listen skills is needed . He charged me extra without informing me ... Even when I brought to his attention his was rolling his eyes like high school girl . extremely disappointed with that service. For 3 meals he gave us 1 sachet of tomato sauce.

Working very slow, as a person who stays around, they r so slow. Every day. It can be full, still they are slow. It can be empty sti they are slow... bust talking their own things while helping customers

So I ordered via UberEats: a double chilli cheese (burger only), big Mac (burger only) and medium McFlavor fries.Instead I got a Big Mac regular meal and McFlavor fries.Whats disappointing is its not the first time thus I felt the need to lay a complaint.

Drive through is a super slow Ive been here more than 30 minutes still havent stuck on the drive thru. This is not a place to go if you are rushing or starving already especially at night.

Shall i say one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a Mcdonalds outlet and with my love for Mcdonalds this is coming from a hurtfelt place. The customer service is beyond what i would expect from a Mcdonalds outlet that is barely filled with customers, except for the drive through. And the outlet seems to disregard the use of the new please collect and preparing system that appears on the screen, showing ones order number as please collect when clearly it isnt ready and giving hope that the order is being prepared when it isnt. I am hurt to say that above all hospitality seems to be at the compromise of quick services which, ironically, isnt quick at all.To say the least i would not recommend the outlet if one is looking to grab a quick meal as per the definition of Fast food outlet with a minimum waiting time of 30 mins (possible exaggeeration).

Went to the drive thru and the lady who assisted me was very delightful. I even thought of turning the xar around and buy sonething else just to be served by her again and the food was the greatest Ive had from McDonalds in a long time!

Restaurant has air conditioning that is excellent. It has a play place for the kids and it is safe, it only has one entrance and exit. U can monitor ur kids movements. The self service, I love it.

Its a great restaurant, and has fast service.

The size of my large chips was half and I happened to see that when I got home and I bought my food through drive through. Please treat people equally and stop taking advantage, however, the service is good,just only improve on certain things and that quantity is as expected.

The place is congested month end but they try to be fast. Shortage of parking and parking guards at night. I was bumped by a drunk man he drove off but we managed to get plate number. Thanks for keeping fresh food.

I have normally got great service from the Pta West branch, however today they were completely overwhelmed by customers.NO SOCIAL DISTANCING was been practised and no effort was made by staff to do anything about it. This in the middle of a Covid resurgence... Not cool guys!

Place is fast and efficient even through this covid 19 regulations. Customer Manager welcomed us with a wonderful attitude. We were already having our meal in a blink of an eye.

The place was full of people coming to buy and the service was slow,, some people struggling to make orders on the screen without assistance

The baddest.went thru the drive thru.. my order was not ready was told to park on the side.went to KFC next door to place an order 15 minutes later my order hasnt arrived,went inside to check,thats when I got my order.yes I confirmed the order by just looking at the boxes.. didnt suspect anything. When I got home the Grand big Mac I bought was more like the new big Mac jnr.the top half was not filled with anything.called n requested to speak to the manager .some guy by the name of Kgomotso Selepe answered n how he told me he cant assist n the only for the problem to be fixed I must drive back n have it sorted.explained how I cant make it.then I asked for the person he reports too,then the guy by name of Ronny Nkuna said he will try to fix it as they cant deliver to Atteridgeville,but because he was about to knock off he will personally deliver my real order.still waiting....we chose MacDonald because its my kids favourite n they had a speech festival n did very well,n that was their treat for a good performance n well deserved.not sure if they gonna come or not.that MacDonald is on our way from school to home.cant afford to make another trip since Im not working n we work on a budget since petrol is too expensive.Ronny said he knocks of ka 20:00 n gave him 30 minutes though it takes only 15 from MacDonald to my house its 20:52 n hes still not here.my one child said she will wait for her burger .I guess she gonna wait forever

Nice place and toilets are in good condition, the is a hand basin for small Boy. Toilet seat sanitizer also available.

Wouldnt recommend the drive through, inside service is very good when using the self-help terminals, it enables exact order replication.

Covid-19 protocols observed, sanitizers, temperature taking, register and using less than 50% of capacity.

On this particular day things went by very slowly! Waited almost 30 minutes on the drive through. The place wasnt even packed...

Their drive through service is the best and the food is always fresh. Must update their outside menu though.

Parking is limited, drive through is cumbersome. That corner is just too small for McDonalds especially cause its the only one in Pretoria West.

The lines are long because theres alot of Mr D drivers waiting for their food. The staff is quick and efficient.
