Pretty good branch with good service. It does get busy though so go early residual on a Friday and Saturday evening. They do not sing happy birthdays as well practiced as some of other Spurs, so be prepared for a well-meant but lackluster Birthday wish.

My experience with this Spur was very satisfying and I have visited quite a few Spur restuarants around the country before. I went back to this Spur three times in a matter of three weeks. Their food is actually prepared as requested and their staff members have great attitudes and service. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, with no load music playing. One other thing I really appreciated is the cleanliness of the tables and the floors, I really hope they will keep this up. I do see myself returning in due time.

The food wasnt so great, Spur in general has lost its feel. Its sad to say.

Made a reservation to be close to the play area, hostess staff are not very friendly or helpful. Staff in general run around a bit chaotic. During covid times , it gets too full for my comfort. Food is good . And play area is okay, kids do get very rough and rough towards the smaller kids. The child minders are not as attentive as they should be. But this may have been the chaos of the day I went in.

My experience at Spur was really a pleasant one. My family and I received tasty food and only excellent service from the staff.I had a lovely time connecting with my loved ones over a meal here. It was not too loud and overall this restaurant is one that lives up to the expectations it promises. Last but not least, I enjoyed the funky native American theme ⛺

The best resturant for parents, plus we dont even worry about the kids while playing. Thier staff are always taking care of the kids. However, the waiter was a bit slow when it comes to food. NB: Remember to tip the staff on duty for the playground.

Service and food was good even though it was packed. The only thing that I didnt like was that my rock shandy had way too much bitters which made a normally refreshing drink hard to swallow

I order avo steak without researching exactly what a roqeuford is. After the first bite i realised that the main ingredient for the sauce was blue cheese... Something i cant handle the taste of was now covering my amazing steak. Without expecting much, discribed my dilemma to the waiter, he promptly called for the manager who, without any extra details or questions, immediately sent back my plate for a exchange. Thank you for being understanding and serving me with a smile

I never again want to be served by BRIGHTON, the waiter. Horrible service, we sat with plates forever after we finished our meals whilst he constantly attended to people that are not of my skin colour and constantly ignored us. Even after we asked him nicely to clear our table he continued to ignore us. Regardless of all of this, we gave him more than 10% tip and provided him with feedback of the bad service. He actually gave me attitude instead of apolgising!!! On top of all that, this was a booked birthday of which he didnt even bother to come and sing as expected in true Spur style. Mind you he was giving me attitude for the birthday ice cream and lucky packet which he didnt bring which was part of the ordered and paid for meal. I really hate it when people choose to serve you based on your skin colour. Luckily the good manager came to the rescue.

Great service, TERRIBLE food.Over the weekend, Saturday evening to be specific, we ordered ribs and pork chops with a group of friends. We were left highly dissapointed with the quality of the food. The food was terribly prepared and presented. The ribs looked like they were boiled and then poured with marinade, just to get orders going as quick as possible. The pork chops looked similar. I honestly feel that my description doesnt do justice to capture exactly what we experienced. We all couldnt finish the meals, let alone stomach it. Highly highly dissapointed because we went with the expectation that we going to get the best ribs in town only to get the worst ribs weve ever had.I must say that the service from the waitress was the best, we couldnt even tell her that the food was the worst weve ever had.

Though we waited for 30minutes outside as the place was very full bcos of mothers day and covid 19 restrictions the management kept on informing us that theyre still preparing our tables as soon as they finish we ll enter eventually we were ushered inside given the menu we ordered drinks then food the service was good we enjoyed spending the day there

Had a great experience at Oakridge Spur. Our waiter was extreamly friendly and helpful. The food was really great and tasty. It is a family friendly restaurant with a great play area for children. The service is really top notch.

Typical Spur. Convenient location in mall and favourite of my grandson since he can play in the games area.Food quality is as always good, but in my opinion too expensive for a family restaurant. Some of the prices are the same or higher than some fine dining restaurants in the same mall. Sadly in my opinion it seems as though many establishments are trying to recover their losses by increasing prices rather than draw more customers by offering more discounts or family meals. Pensioners can be given a break too.Staff is friendly and Covid precautions are in place.If you enjoy good quality tasty food you will be satisfied here.

Ordered Spurs famous grilled ribs and T bone steak with the usual side of onion rings and chips. The ribs were without sides dishes. The waiter was so friendly and helpful. Advised us to take their spinach in mushroom sauce. Fun was excellent and service exceptional. Would visit the place again and recommend any family to be there.

An absolute disaster for those who orders online, theres no way they can get their food in time. Very slow you can wait on the little corner and nobody can seem to recognise you. When they finally do, the order takes forever to come. If you the to follow up they give will give good words that can kill instantly. It doesnt matter the restaurant is busy or not it just their way

Maybe i was unfortunate, but i waited too long to be reserved a table and even the waiter had too many tables so i had to wait another more time to put my order and again to request my bill. I wasnt happy with the overall service

The food is always great had a cheddamelt steak, would rate them higher but had an issue with the waiter mixing up my drink order and not checking on the table often had to call the manger on duty at one point to assist.

Great service and all year round quality food. This is a popular place and is extremely busy over weekend, holidays etc. Even when busy they still serve quickly. Kiddies area is well equipped with caregivers. The view toward the feeding area allows for Game viewing.Overall stunning location.

Hi there guys. We was there on Saturday afternoon for my daughters birthday. I ordered a sparerib. I just want to say that i was not satisfied with the ribs it was pale and tasteless. Where i always use to a nice sticky spare rib there was nor even a sauce on. I understand that the place was very busy and i dont want to complain. We just want to support our locals and i love Spur.
