Kids had a 5 day challenge to eat their most favorite take away meal, for 5 Days in a row ..at lunch time. Our son enjoyed x2 Classic wraps with the Very Berry-crusher...and he LOVED IT!!!!

I enjoy hanging out at KFC almost every Saturday, while waiting for my son to finish at his learning centre

Very wierd store .Inconsistent with qualitySometimes good sometimes not so much .Had to return my food and ask for a refund as they have no problem serving old chicken.So make sure your chicken is fresh BEFORE you drive away.Especially on a sunday morning.The cashier at the drive through defeats the purpose of quickening the time spent at her window by running out side and taking orders before you get to het window , then running back to ring up the order , then coming back to the car for payment then running back to give you a receipt .(Very wierd)

What a horrible kfc.I ordered the kfc for 2 and asked very politely for fresh chicken and chips.Needles to say that is not what I got.I literally nearly did not make it as I choked on the extremely dry chicken.When I ordered I specifically asked for Coke zero.Being a diabetic this is extremely important for me.Once again needless to say this is not what I was given.When I asked for confirmation that it was sugar free I was growled at by the woman who was trying to help me or shall I rather say trying to get me out of her life. Kfc Elardus Park you will never see me again.Ag nee sies man kry julle nie skaam nie.

Service not so great aspecially when busy, they make you stand behind the trigger for the timer and run to the window themselves with the order...probably to make the waiting time look better on their logs. Also the food quality declined over the last couple of months...

One of the best and my favourite KFC outlets in Gauteng. It seems food outlets/ restaurants make the best meals and provide the best services only in suburbs. In townships you cant even eat their food and service is non-existent.

Drive thru takes very long in peak times, so they make you park in order to bypass the timers. They then often get the orders wrong. Outside of peak times their service is okay.

Understaffed, feel sorry for the cashier in front with all the inpatient customers. She is running around like a crazy person. Wonder if everyone else in the back are doing their part.

The fact that any employee in a restaurant can put out food like we received is astonishing. I initially thought the buns were toasted but it was so old they turned hard. The lettuce were turning brown. One of the last good kfcs now more of the same. Truly sad.

This is my favourite KFC near me and I was impressed today with their speedy delivering of my order in peak time! Drive-through was very busy, so I went inside. All Covid-19 rules complied with and social distancing maintained. 😊

18/06/20 Order from Uber Eats. Almost vomited, no more burger for me.

Very slow and bad service... employees do not know how to treat and talk to customers. Mixes orders up and make people with slightly bigger orders wait longer than people with smaller orders.

They are not attentive when we order through drive through. And the zinger wings we bought yesterday had no salt, it was like they were in a hurry because there was a long line.

We bought wraps and street wise from them 12 March 2021 and everyone has salmonella poisoning. Not the best of times to be unhygienic during Covid. Definitely wont support this franchise again.

Placed an order, got something i didnt order. Sweet chilli twister, i got a twister with just chicken and tomato, the tomato was still green.For a first time order... I doubt Ill ever come here again.The lady also kept on speaking zulu and i couldnt understand. Doesnt mean if im black i understand all african languagesCan we stick to English cause its a common language instead!

Terrible. They had nothing available from the menu except chicken wings! No wraps. No sandwiches. No ice cream. Besides the lack of options, the staff’s attitude convinced me to never go to this KFC again. They were chewing gum, avoiding eye-contact, and simply being rude. Would give it a 1/2 star if I could.

Fastest KFC I have ever been to. No matter the size of the order, it is completed in record time. And even with that speed, the quality of the food is top notch.

I ordered 3 colonel burger meals and only got 2 chips with it. I ordered 2 sprinkle pops and they did not give the sprinkles. This was 12h30 29 Oct 2020 at the drive through...

The service is as slow as it can be. This is most probably the KFC in the country that have the slowest response time in their drive through facility. Not that the cues are long but just that the staff seems to be on a slow strike all the time. Do your self a favor and give this place a pass as the service is terrible to say the least.

Ordered drive-thru (no 685), chicken needed to cook for 10 minutes - ended up waiting 27 minutes in my car!! Got ice cold food and no colddrins, so had to wait more.

Horrendous service. Got in the store just after 7, was ignored for a whole 15 minutes and then when it came to order, we basically got told what we could or could not order as they were closing at 7:30. Probably the worse service Ive ever received

As slow as the KFC website is, their drive-through at Elarduspark is even worse. Stuck in a queue of only 4 cars, it took 17 minutes to get to the ordering point only to be told we dont have any chicken, 20 minutes wait time... Oh, and dont try to use your phone while youre waiting, KFC staff members are well trained to duck and dive (literally) to avoid any device that can take photos or videos. Pity they still have to learn about dash cams. KFC you will never see me again - do not reply to this review or apologize, I wont ever see it and I couldnt care less!

Terrible service. Asked for center breasts, gave us drumsticks instead. Stay clear from this KFC, infact all the KFCs in general.

Ordered a boxmaster wrap meal or something and they literally gave me a centimetre thick slice of tomato not to mention there was hardly any chicken.

I gave it a 4 star because the queues can get really long and it shouldnt have to take 45 minutes to get food. I mean its called fast food for a reason, right?

Very slow service. Not very friendly staff. Zinger Burger was super hot instead of their normal spicy flavour it was previously. Burned my mouth badly!What happened to the healthy options?Fried chicken instead of grilled?Pineapple slice instead of cheese?They got the order wrong again! They do that each and every time without fail. They forgot 2 of our 5 items ordered! Make sure to double check your order BEFORE you leave!I am soooooo disappointed.Never eating here again.

Good quality food like all KFCs but the staff not very friendly.

The staff here does not care. They claim to be a 24hour KFC but when you get to the drive through window at 21h30 and try to order a simple streetwise 2 they do not have any chicken prepared and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before your order will be ready. We eventually just asked for a cash refund, not one person explained to us that we would need to wait. Today was the final nail in the coffin for me with this branch as well as the Branch on Piering road because the same thing happened to me there. There was a notice on the door saying that they are closed due to loadshedding, which would have been fine had it not been for the fact that the power in the area was not off but the power was on.

For the past year or so I noticed that KFC management at Elardus Park and Waterglen are exploiting their staff to fool their own system. They would let a staff member stand outside (In the cold and even at night) and stop the cars before the order booth. This will not trigger their timer system. They will then take payment and ask you to proceed directly to the collection booth. When you get there, I was asked many times to go and park in parking area and wait for my food which I refused! I confronted the managers of both branches, they knew exactly what was going on and gave me ludicrous answers for their behavior. When I threatened to phone their area manager, they quickly apologised and said they would stop this practice. It is still going on to this day! Is this how you do business? Is it perhaps your area manager that are forcing branch managers to do this all for the sake of fooling the system and bragging with excellent delivery times when in fact both branches are useless!

My experience at this KFC was surprisingly good. Thats because we had a very warm and friendly lady helping us. Plus there was no queue.

If order enough times from here you will quickly discover there is no passion for quality. The buns are always stale, the chips taste like old oil. I hate this KFC.
