Just a shame when half the time some machine is not working like when you ordered ice cream deserts online only to be let down on collection that the ice cream machine is out of order BUT the staff there is at least able to help you or arrange some suitable compensation/compromise. Its a rather new and relatively clean KFC also

Absolute appalling service.Masello was the cashier and I asked her the options of the streetwise because the menu was not working inside the shop. The menu outside at the drivethru is so limited, all we could see was box meals. How are we supposed to order without knowing all out options.She kept on shouting 2,3 and 5 piece. I remember KFC had other streetwise options with zinger wings. All I wanted to know was the options of the streetwise meals, not to get shouted at and being treated rudely.Unfortunately my boyfriend still ordered food for him and I ended up not ordering anything, because why should I make rude people rich?I am not ordering from someone shouting at me and just wanting to get rid of me so that they can close up to go home before 20:30.Shocking service and in my whole life, never again will I sit foot inside a KFC.

Wow! This is by far the worse KFC service we(my husband and I) have experienced. Not once or even twice but 3 times in a few weeks where we received terrible service at KFC Atterbury.

You wait forever for your food. Whether its a drive through or sit in, you will wait.

At 21h00 the staff were already busy to cash up and could not prepare the meals that we ordered. The shop only closed at 22h00 but they could not prepare Very Berry krushers. They also did not have normal chicken fillets for the Colonel burgers. Half the staff were ready to go home with no one behind the counter.

Very friendly servers and surprisingly quick seeing that I ordered non-standard menu items, and they had to contend with an influx of Uber and Mr D orders. Much much better than the other Pta East branches.

Abit slow in orders coming out but not always

Very slow service. Seemed like they where understaffed. Waited 30 mins in the drive through. Very frustrating!

Their order numbering system is a total mess and they do not care about their clients. Served people who entered the store after me. I demanded my money back after I waited 27 minutes in the store, then they suddenly attended to my order and I eventually got my order after 32 minutes.

This is one of the best KFC in town for a period of time now. Chicken fresh and juicy.

The poor staff were trying their very best against all odds, machines not working no sufficient menus for customers. They were even short staffed. This looks like a management/owner problem.

Shockingly bad service. Eventually gave up after after more than 20 minutes standing at the empty counter trying to order, while the staff were scurrying around somewhere in the back. Somethings is very wrong at this branch...

Super Victoria always on spot

One of the best KFCs, the others will do well to learn from them.

They missed an item when we bought something and made up for it with a replacement voucher. It took our time to get there attention and resolution, at least the manager listened.

Quick drive thru service and the food was fantastic.

Its a KFC, its International, you seen one you seen all. Service can be slow depending on time of day. Pick anyone anywhere if fried chicken is your thing and you like to know what youll get in your meal. Absolutely nothing special or awesome about a regular shop.

Very nice building but the staff leave much to be desired. The chicken also isnt the best but it will do. If you dont mind driving a bit further, rather go to gift acres kfc, never had the same issues there.

Can be quite busy but still the best KFC in the East!

Do not get me wrong, it is another KFC.The fact that they work on two levels makes it really fun, especially for kids.One can wash his hands without having to go to the washrooms. A real bonus.The downsideThe toilets are rather unsanitary. I have small kids and taking them to those toilets made my skin crawl.

Day old chips, wrong peace, missing utilities and tomato sauce. Very bad experience the last few times. Please fire the manager or staff responsible. I have been eating at this KFC for almost 10 years nou. The ratings for attebury has fallen so much. But for me, I will drive to the next KFC.

Not usually a fan of take aways but my husband felt like some KFC and this was the closest and on my way home. We were pleasantly surprised by the freshness and tenderness of the chicken and totally enjoyed the crispy and tangy Zinger wings.

Usually when you go after hours around 2-3am , there really isnt anything but wings here and they happen to be oldish probably becuase they have been there all evening. Otherwise it is in a convenient area and it does open for 24 hours a day which is great .

Delivery truck was blocking the exit although there is more than enough space for it to park and offload. Driver was ignorant and just ignored me. Had to turn around in the one way with a bunch of other cars also trying to exit. This is really unacceptable.

The Bad: Stood in front of the ordering cashier for 2 min before I got helped. Nobody behind the counter were friendly. The chicken salad I wanted to order was shown on the menu pictures but not featured on the menu. The lady did not know the price and did not know if it was available. The Good: The salad was edible but a bit boring with no cheese in it.

Worst possible service. Clients waited to be served with no-one to help...2 ladies behind counter ignoring clients and busy with other things. Only 1 lady to take orders and she was at the back where food was prepared. While we waited for our order 2 cluents left due to being ignored for a considerable amount of time. Our food was ok but my Zinger had no Zinger sauce...just plain mayonnaise. Wont revisit this branch.

Unprofessional staff I had to wait more than 50 min for a 15 piece bucket. They simply ignore you, very bad service I will never go back again.

I dont know what happend at this KFC. Did they change the head cook or dont they care anymore. I used to be happy with my meals from them but lately its bad. Then chicken is either raw or over cooked. Then you get days that the skin is soggy and the chicken raw. How is that possible. There ice cream machines are always broken. Fix your problems please

KFC is KFC. I think the standard of the brand has dropped significantly over the years. I have received poor service and filthy food.Have something else, its better for you anyway.

Fast food taking about 40 minutes. 😪 Drive through is just as bad as queuing inside. And 5 wrong orders for customets in this time frame.Would not recommend for a quick stop, or correct orders

Exactly what one would expect from a KFC... nothing more nothing less. Staff make all the difference and these members seemed just fine, efficient and polite.

The staff are extremely incompetent, their attitude is appalling. After waiting 20 minutes for our sprinkle pops, being the only people in the drive thru or inside, we get our nuggets with no flavour, after hooting the horn because no one would help us the person comes with a disgusting attitude and said there is no flavour (mumbles), whats the point of sprinkle pops without the flavour, tell use beforehand...

Good menu variety and courteous service

Not very pleasant! Apart from the staff that treats you like they are doing you a favour by being there, there is also the unpleasant factor of being harassed by at least 4 beggars before going in and as you Come out.The staff also allows the beggars to sit at their tables inside, as if it is not enough to be bombarded by them outside the establishment, now you need to face them inside as well!

KFC Atturbury Always gets my order wrong and its only when I get home that I realize the order is wrong. By then its too late to go all the way back. Try to get them on the phone and no answer.

Food was delicious and fresh, best KFC in Pretoria.

We have always received good service and freshly prepared meals from there.

This KFCs focus is on the drive-thru customers. Walk-ins are second. I waited 24 minutes for a twister, while I had to see how twisters popped out of the drive thru window!

Worst service ever!! You wait forever to be assisted in the drive thru and then on top of it they get the order wrong and only fix half of it, ask for regular chips and get a small which they didnt rectify ask for wings and get mash had to stop ask for a manager to get it rectified a quick drive through becomes a half and hour fight just to get what you asked and paid for!!! And still not get it all ..... this is not the first time Ive had this experience with them!! Never will I go there again!!

There were only 2 people in the KFC and it took more than 10 minutes before anyone took our order . We ordered the new Crunch Double Down meals and I have to say .....what a dissapointing experience ...its a pity I didnt take a photo because it looked nothing like the advert the hash brown was bigger than the piece of chickem which should have been the bun and not a single sachet of tomato sauce for the chips .
