What hog wash have been here for 20 min waiting in my car and still no correct order old chips shoddy service and expected to be okay with it. I was the second car waiting and a 3rd has pulled in what has become of fast food what a joke what has a brand become. And not even a sorry just an oh well. And R20 for a Sunday the size of a key box master meal what blaned food not even cheese . KFC managers and staff should really be ashamed start pull finger and get stuff sorted.

If there were zero stars I would havecselected that. Did not have have the food I tried to order. Waited for 30 minutes for our food. Got home 30km away to find the fully loaded box with gravy and no mash, no zinger sauce...... and on and on...... very poor service, do not know why I keep giving them a chance......

They try and rig the system... making you wait for your food.... simply tell them to let the ticket count and watch your food appear.... thety try and cheat the automated system to push productivity

The chicken is generally good and fresh but when you buy from the drive through you are always asked to park on the side and wait for your order.

Was told by the staff that they had no chicken available and that we must go somewhere else. I will rather use the KFC by kolonade going forward. They seem to have better reviews and have experienced better service.

I find this kfc to be quicker than the kolonade one. Food is always fresh and nice

The timer they have at the drive thru have the opposite effect. They always ask you after your order to wait in the parking lot so they can bring you the food there. I have waited for up to 30 mins in the parking lot.

Poor service, poor management. KFC all over is becoming more like our public sectors, treat you as if you owe them something, no passion. KFC is also not what it was, the Chicken pieces is way below standard, when you remove the dough, you see whats really going on.

I visited this K.F.C. a couple of years ago ,and received poor....no ,very poor service. The staff didnt really want to help me, and in general everthing was slow. Today I returned to buy a 10 piece family treat and a colonal meal. I was the only one in the shop at that stage. While I was waiting, several other people entered and placed their orders. I placed another order for a large chips. There were 3 orders placed after my first order ,and my chips order,and one more after that. I received my order very last,in other words, I was the last to get my meals....both of them!! When I confronted the staff and the manager,nobody could give me any answer why this happened,they only applogised......but no explanation. I am sick and tiered of being treated like this ,so I will not be supporting KFC Zambezi Junction ever again.

My crunch burger I got with my All Star Box Meal was horrible, not fresh at all and the size of it, disappoitning beyond words!!! Staff just walked around like they had no care in the world, slow go? Would not be visiting this branch again

Horrible service! Was there today and ordered a fully loaded box meal with the kfc 4 all thing and pops... Didnt get the cold drink for the box meal and everything was packed in loose packets... No pops and the kfc 4 all portion was so small it could barely feed 2 people... The ice-cream machine is also always broken... Wont be going back

Worst service ever. Drive through is closed. Food takes too long. Several orders are done n just standing on the side and getting cold. Staff is very confused about packing the food correctly. Run out of food at 19h40. Staff complained about too few people working.Rather close when you are not able to deliver what you promise. You lost a lot of customers tonight.

What a terrible experience. Service is EXTREMELY slow. I stood waiting at an empty counter to order. I then waited 32min for my order without apology or an explanation after being asked would I like to wait 3min for the wings or order something else.About two months ago I waited 45 minutes for a similar order. This was the second time and there will not be a third.I strongly advise against visiting this KFC. I would rather drive much further to the one in Airport Road.

I bought bucket for 1, and i found 1 pieces of chicken, 1 wing. Eish 😢🐥no spices

Service is average for KFC and South Africa so not very good. And the food tastes good not too oily like other KFCs but I had a double down the other day and the one side of chicken fillet was the size of a McDonalds chicken nugget.
