Love to go there. It seems like better taste of chicken and chips.parking is good and even disable friendly and easy to get in the KFC to order your food.People are kind and very helpful and clean.The place is modern and comfy to sit and eat at the tables.Toilets are clean and fresh. Even for the disabled to enter to use the bathroom. Its even better for u can shop and afterwards sit down for a meal.Can always go there with a smile and be satisfied with the service you reserve there. Keep it up and shine for your customers.

There food is always hot and nicely spaced. Service at the drive-thru is fast and efficient. Havent received a wrong order yet. Only problem had is that the online ordering when it comes to paying Always has a problem. That needs attention.

The two biggest problems Ive faced with this branch is that they routinely get our orders wrong, and they produce products of lower quality than Ive bought from other branches. This is not the case with everything I have bought there, but our burgers were haphazardly thrown together (Ive seen better at the fast food section of grocery stores), our Krushers were only three quarters full, and unless you triple check that theyve made a requested change to order they wont do it.If it were for those times alone I would have given them two stars, but often there was little issue with the rest of my order.

Terrible, rude staff & no service!Ordered on line but KFC Queenswood refused order at drive thru. Rudely insisted I had to pick up in store. Ridiculous!! I am avoiding in-door high traffic areas to prevent Covid exposure. No more KFC in this family!!

Ridiculous service especially asked for condiments and I think purposefully no condiments came not even a napkin... what is the point of having a section where instructions are placed but due to a incompetent worker youve destroyed kfc for me...chicken licken all the way.

The order machine wasnt working properly, we could barely hear the attendant. When we asked the attendant that we come to the glass window she refused with an attitude.

Bought meals ad says R49.99 paid R54.99. Extra R4.00 here R2.00 there. Didnt order duncked wings was charged for them. When I asked where are they o sorry must off punched it in by mistake. Wonderd why it was with the order.

Great quick service

Had to change my review to one star, friendly staff but clearly a useless manager. Got there before 7 saw lots of people inside dicide to do drive thru, waited more than 20 min, got to window to hear we dont have chicken only burgers. All the manager had to do is see they are almost out, go to costemers and inform them so they can search for another place, but nooooooooo let you wait till everything around is closing and let you wait and waste petrol. This is 3rd strike you done

Stale chips, dry chicken,Soggy wrapsta and no condiments were included in my meal. Im very unhappy and unsatisfied with my meal.

Quick, friendly service and convenient to access. Always a good meal received and a clean environment. I would give 5 stars based on my experience except when the school breaks for the day right next to it it takes ten times longer to order and those kids are rowdy and unpleasant to be around.

About 80% of the time they forget something from my order. This time was a sprite that was part of our meal. Luckily the meal was good enough to warrant another star. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Also what the heck happened to sparkling krushers?

The first word that comes to mind is forgettable. The staff was professional but nothing more.I couldnt wait to drove through.They need a sign on Soutpansberg, before the traffic lights. I had use the entrance on Stead avenue.I might be back but, I know what to expect.

Absolutely Pathetic. Even though we were there about 30min Before closing time. They all of a sudden had nothing available. No fillets, no chicken, only fries and mash. Really not a place to go the extra mile.

The staff was very friendly, but the lady that was preparing my drinks. Dit use her bare hands to touch icecream repeatedly and use a well used cup to collect the soft icecream and put it back with the unused icecream in the machine. I did ask the manager to refund me and I will never go back to a KFC.

KFC queenswood is never consistent with orders on Ubereats or Mr Delivery. Some items dont appear but if you drive to KFC they all of sudden have the food and in some cases the food thats written sold out can be bought at the shop. When you order food, the uber driver calls you and not them, which doesnt make sense because why do they preparing the order or wait for the uberdrive to arrive and then inform him and not me as the customer. I understand we shouldnt complain but that doesnt mean we should accept bad service.

I know it was on Xmas eve but they were open but service was terrible. It took 1/2 hour to get food. They advertised new crackly skin chicken pieces but when I asked for some, they said they hadnt any. When food came it was very good however. I will try them again but not at holiday time.

Arrived at home and noticed that all my foods that I ordered was not in the paper bag. Try to phone Queenswood branch twice and twice call was ended. When through the tax invoice and noticed that the R2 add for hope was also done without my consent. Regular mash and gray is really just gray only half of the bowl. Not happy with service and I had to pay for 1/3 of food that I did not receive.

This, for me, is THE best KFC in the Moot area. Whether you do drive thru or order inside, the staff are always friendly, ready and efficient. You never have to wait long for your order, like, in my experience, you do at other branches near by. The food is fresh and great tasting, always finger licking good!😊

Not my favourite KFC, as often the chicken is a bit dry and overcooked. The service is not as good as at the nearby branch in Colbyn. 3 stars because its better than the Stormvoël road branch, at least, and KFC is KFC 🤷‍♀️

Just seem to have a consistently bad experience with this KFC. The staff are very unfriendly, and looks dirty. Just dont feel comfortable with them preparing my food. On my last visit, one an half hour before closing time, they are closing everything up and mopping. Had to ask 3 times if they were open... Hope the owner sees this.. you have a serious staff issue!!

Good food but the service could do with a bit of shaping up. The look on the cashiers face was that of annoyance and it was like she was doing us a favor to take our order. If you really need KFC you can go there but there are other KFCs in the area with better service.

Terribly disgusted with this KFC. Opening my boxmaster meal to find mushy brown lettuce and a soggy hashbrown alongside a dry and dull piece of chicken.I am sure this meal was at least a day or two old. This is also not the first bad experience with this KFC. When does management decide to actually do something about this disgusting health concern. Maybe the health and safety department needs to review this urgently.We definitely will express this health concern to the department of health and safety.That is stealling money and definitely not finger licking good. A disgrace to the KFC name. Trust the owner will either care enough to handle the health concern or not care at all and continue serving old food.
