Stopped by the drive through and ordered an ice-cream, Sunday Treat, Oreo to be specific. I always wonder how much money do these guys save by diluting the ice-cream with excessive amounts of water in the mixture. Its so blatantly obvious to see, so Im not sure if they think they are fooling anyone else besides themselves. 3 star rating is generous to be honest.

The chicken is too oily and not fully cooked and the cup that they served my cappuccino with,had stains.

Ordered for delivery on the app. After 40mins I had to phone to find out when I can expect my order and that I do not want cold food. Only received my order after an hour. Food was cold, and wrong cold drinks were supplied. I complained to customer care, who escalated to the branch, but no one even bothered to phone me back

No chilli salt. Even when you ask.... How must I eat my family treat??

The best KFC I have been to. So good that I drive past two other KFC branches just to come to Charles Street. The food is always fresh and the burgers look like the picture. My food has been hot every time and the staff are friendly and enjoy their jobs. This KFC is just fantastic and I wish all KFC would learn from this branch, how to do things right.

Its always difficult to rate a KFC since they are all supposed to be the same - also the quality of the service and food generally depends on when-and-where.My experience at this particular outlet (and at the time that I ordered) was positive. The chicken was juicy, hot and cooked correctly. The chips flavorful, fresh and crispy. My order was taken quickly and without mistakes, overall no issuesWould eat here again for sure

I ordered a colonel burger meal from here and although I live 1 km away from the restaurant, my food arrived to me cold as though it had been sitting for a while before it was handed over to the delivery partner. Lettuce was old and white(green colour lost due to it being so old) and my bun was burnt on the inside. Overall burger was dry and not tasty and juicy. Between the dry chicken breast, stale lettuce and lack of mayonnaise I am not sure which was worse.

Had some KFC from there on my last day in Pretoria before moving to Gqeberha (PE) and both the service and food were delicious

Absolutely terrible service.My experience started once I drove to the collection window of the drive through to collect my order. I was told to go wait in the parking lot as they were still cooking the chicken.After 15 minutes I became a bit impatient and decided to go inside to find out what was going on. As I entered KFC I went to the till to find out what was going on. I was told not to worry as my order was almost done and it was on its way. One of the employees was looking at me laughing with her colleagues, however I couldnt hear what she was saying.I decided to wait in the car patiently. Another 15 minutes passed and still no one came with my food. At this moment I got really angry and walked back into the store. I asked again where my food was. The lady who told me to wait in the parking lot quickly ran to the back where she had an argument amongst her colleagues. I could see that they were only putting my order together now.I must mention she did apologize, and I could see that she was genuinely sorry.However I am not happy that I received such terrible service for the amount of money that was paid.

The worst service Ive ever experienced from a kfc period, they get the order completely wrongon top of the attitude. Wont see me there anymore .

All was okay until we ordered ice cream. It had a bad after taste (like cleaning chemicals residue), we took back our ice cream only for management to disregard our complaint by saying theres nothing wrong with them. Ended up throwing them away.

Very poor and bad service, I work in Menlo Park and my lunch is always at that KFC but I’ve heard enough now of their incompetence. They get orders wrong, forget to put sauces in your food pack, bought mixed berry ice cream and crunch burger, they call my order number then when I go to the counter she gives me the ice cream only and I stand there for 3 minutes to see if she remembers that I’m waiting for something else and she continues with other people until I asked her for the burger and she’s like oh sorry I put it on the side but what does the slip say? Today they forget forgot mixed my orders and realized at work when I was about to eat and have to go back plus the buns are not fresh at all.😡😡😡
