I had enough time and more to write this review while I waited for the cashier to arrive... And this isnt my first bad experience here, the staff are totally incompetent. If they dont get your order wrong they are too busy turning the fast food industry into a slow-food industry.

This KFC is around the corner of where i stay 1km. This is the 3de time that the chips is cold the chicken is low. Poor poor quality..

Cleaning chemicals was all I tasted in the tomatoes, I got so sick from the first bite. The piece of chicken was also a third the size of usual. They were extremely slow at the drive through too and the person at the delivery station had to constantly check my slip to see what I had ordered.. Poor everything

My twister cover was dirty everywhere... And I asked for a drumstick but received 2 breast which do not taste good, its like a trainee was doing it... Really disappointed, I would actually give this - 5 stars if it was possible.Update: when I open it up things got worse... From being unhygienic to zero service delivery.

Ordered what I expected to be an all star box meal but instead got a deformed burger (smaller than a McDonalds happy meal hamburger) which consisted of a bun, tiny peace of lettuce, a tiny chicken strip and sauces. Paired with no wings and 2 peaces of chicken.Since I bought the meal while on my way home it wasnt worth the drive back. Utterly disappointed

The KFC hazeldean has dropped their service standards.On Friday the 01st of October, me and my colleague decided to purchase foods inside the shop. The teller took our orders and didnt follow through with the order.The people who came after us were served their order but not us. When we enquired thats when she realised our order has not been attended to.We ordered one wrapsta meal, bucket for one and two sundaes.When we got to the office, to our surprise the meat was stale and cold. How sad.

This KFC is very fast especially at the drive-through.

Had the worst experience here today. I got there at about 19:20pm, and i was let through the gate, just before it closed. I waited for almost half an hour only to get told that there is no food when i had to place my order at the drive thru.The least kfc couldve done is close the gate and tell me that they are no longer taking orders. If you let me in it means you will be able to assist me.It is such a simple thing to inform someome when you can see that you will not be able to assist them. I wouldve left in peace and not as frustrated as i was after wasting my time there.

Slow service because of a concentration of online orders. Dont go there, rather order online if you want something.

Had to wait for chicken, only one oven were working. Took some time to prepare. Food was good.

Front of house staff were wearing gloves. Kitchen staff picked up twisters and pieces of chicken with their bare hands. After asking why they were touching the food they went and got some pairs of gloves. Complete lack of management very unsanitary and a serious health risk eating here during the pandemic....

The food is finger licking good. My boys are addicted to their mash potatoes and my wife to the Zinger wings. On the food side, tasty bites.The service is quite slow. They should definetly pick up the pace.The ablution facilities needs to be kept clean at all time. Especially for small children. More than once, I had to take my boots to the disabled toilet mea culpa.Almost all drive-in customers miss their turn and end up blocking the small parking space. More visible signs should assist.

They confirmed that they had just given the order to the driver. Then after that they cancel the order. Like really so unprofessional and insulting. Never order from them. Asked them why they displayed items on the menu screen if they dont serve it any more; received a lackluster they will take it off for an answer.When? Tomorrow? Next year?Pathetic.

If I could give you zero stars, I would. Firstly the service was terrible. You wait longer than an hour to get food. Then they give you chicken thats undercooked, after such a long wait for what exactly? Wow! Terrible. Definitely not ordering or eating from this KFC. Absolutely terrible experience.

The secret herbs and spices never disappoint

The worst KFC Ive ever went to in terms of service. Whether its over the phone or over the counter. Some foods are almost never in stock and staff is very rude (but not all).The Food is good though. Tastes like delicious KFC.

Would not recommend at all. They are creating a queue even before you enter the drive through. When questioned the manager refused to answer. Very bad of KFC to even allow this to happen.

My go to KFC in the area... Have only had one incident with undercooked chicken but never again. Not oily, decent portions. You can wait a while for your good but it is usually worth it.

I used the online order and collect. Was pleased that the food was ready when I arrived.

Not much parking inside except for the parking in the centre. No way to get out when your going through the driveway if you changed your mind about ordering there.

Went to KFC Hazeldean and ordered from the menu two nugget boxes meal for R49.99 each. According to the menu this includes chicken nuggets, chips, a crunch burger and a machine cold drink. When we wanted to pay for the meal the cashier told us that the ice and the cups were extra. The total bill came to R110. We noticed on the slip there was a R10 cash back amount subtracted from the final bill. When we queried the invoice we were told that the extra money she rang up is actually her tip. When we reported this blatant theft to the manager we were told not to over react as it is only a small amount. FYI we were ticket number 2346 of the day so please do the math. Absolutely blown away

Disgusting toilets. Last cleaned over 2 hours prior to my visit. No loo roll. Stinky cramped area. Wee all over the seats in both toilets. No hand soap in womens toilet.

Never had a good experience at KFC Silver Lakes. You need to check your orders and make sure that everything is included. No one knows could assist me with the online order that I placed. Took them 28 minutes to prepare 2 snack burgers... will have to report them!!!!

Time and time again I have been greatly disappointed by the pathetic service of the Hazeldean KFC. They are extremely slow. Their drive-thru takes 40 minutes easily, time and time again. With sleeping kids in the car, walking in is not an option for me. And the final straw is that they dont even have stock of the standard chicken fillets today!! Absolutely unacceptable service from a fast food chain as sophisticated as KFC. You have lost me as a customer for good.

Customer service non existent, no social distancing due to amount of customers and Uber drivers let into the shop. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Needless to say they wont see me again.

The drive through service is bottom barrel! You will always, guaranteed, wait 10+ mins in the drive through, even if there are just 2 cars in line.I’ve reported this to the kfc survey line, I’ve spoken to the on-site manager, no improvements. Genuinely, only go there if you’re terribly desperate.

I have been standing here for the past 15-20 mins. The tills are empty and the staff doesnt seem to care about whats going on. One of the other customers kept on asking to speak to a manager and was ignored. One of the ladies, the name on her name tag is written Bokang kept on saying They will wait in Sesotho. The service here is appalling and is always like this!! Its disgusting!

I waited for more than 20 min in the drive through for 2 pops chips and a wrap. Their note to me is that someone put in a big Order. If I new I would have gone to another kfc. This wait cant be right to wait for so long on a drive through. :-(.

Drove through to be told to order at the window, lady there talking so slow and seemed uninterested. Was asked to wait at the parking as the meat was still being cooked, when I get home was greeted by overly fried chicken and very dark brown to show it was literally burnt. Their service is poor, its sad because now we as customers have to feel that they hate their job.

The food is fine but the people have bad service they will never even greet you or smile its like they are always angry all fine and I have been going there 3 times a week from 2017 but to date nothing changes

Slower but food well cooked

The staff talk to each other while their microphones are still on and you standing there by the drive thru listening to their stories. They are completely rude. I stay this side and I often go there and this happens 95% of the time.I wont even say anything about standing at a Q with no one attending to the counter. The most useless KFC in the world.

We just ordered All-in-one Special via drive through because this branch ALWAYS get our order wrong via Mr. Delivery. We get home and they only gave us meat and loaves which we added. No salad, no mash & gravy, no chips. Im so angry. I tried to call them and they are not picking up the phone. I dont know where their minds are. Always getting orders wrong???

I would not recommend this KFC.We received undercooked chicken and snack burgers with raw patties.Staff were not eager to assist customers.

Waiting for food in a fast food outlet is not on. Perhaps the manager was chasing the chicken in the parking lot, kill it and unplug it without telling me that the waiting time was 40 minutes plus 😡
