Freddy gave me the best service. Keep up the good. The company needs more people like you. Give him an increase. Or a recognition. I wasnt gonna write this if I wasnt happy or impressed. Im a very hard nut to crack.

Poor Service its the 3rd time. First time order was incorrect and I stay far cant drive back, 2nd time I was told I cant choose with the special for R49, they cant give me the leg that I requested for, they will give me the breast I cant choose, she only gave me the leg because i said I am cancelling the order, I told her that all the other Nandos have never said that to me, they ask do i want the leg or Breast. 3rd time the meat was burnt. Service is really poor.

The service is still good despite the covid restrictions. Thou on a personal note, I think the quality of their chicken has deteriorated over the years and not just at this Nandos. Their lemon & herb chicken used to be the first thing that comes to mind when I think grilled chicken

I will never ever buy Nandos in Atteridgeville because its always burned and you you request things like extra souce they will agree but they wont put it. This has happened to me more than two times. To me I rate Atteridgeville Nandos Zero.

They hardly sauce their meat. Even if you requested extra sauce you will not get it. Their chicken is dry.

The lady at the till is so mean, its like I went to Nandos to borrow her uncles chicken

I was looking for a nice restaurant to enjoy breakfast and decided to go to this very Nandos. Firstly, the doors were closed but the trading hours suggested that they were indeed open. Secondly, the staff were in no mood to accommodate us, as they sat on the table and drank coffee instead of serving us. Truly unprofessional!!!

But here they flat out give a hostile attitude, asked the lady manager and she was also a jerk.I urge all to go elsewhere. You wont feel like a loyal customer here.

There is a challenge of them not answering their land line for telephone orders, it is really an inconvenience for some of us who prefer to order via telephone and just collect rather than queuing

They refused to lend us glasses because we had our own drinks but they will give you glasses when you as for water.. There is no sense in that!
