I requested well-done grilled chicken, the chicken I got it was not even grilled as like it came out from the oven Nd basted... Better than if I just cooked it at home .. I havent enjoy it at all

The chicken has some flavour and was well cooked but had little basting sauce. Had to by extra basting sauce the second time I ordered. The extra hot isnt hot, tastes like mild. The rice portion is disappointing. The pap portions arent too bad.

Used uber eats.. Galitos will humble you, never again. Goodnight.

The food never disappoint, but the staff dont put much effort on cleanliness . Be sure to bring your own table cloth to clean for yourself before sitting in

I received a coke instead of an iron brew with my meal, but I didnt mind. Then I found a fingernail in my food. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be buying here again.

I want Galitos Sunnyside today and the service I got from the waitress was horrible. That will be my last time setting foot in that place. Maybe thats why the place is always empty regardless of the tasty food they sell.

I liked the service I got from the store. They helped me quickly and with due care. My food was properly wrapped. Their chicken is yummy and juicy. I love it. The store is clean.

Ordered a full chicken that comes with two pap and seshebo. The pap and seshebo was a joke. Just because I ordered the food on Uber eats. The service I got from Gallitos is disrespectful. Never will I order food from Gallitos Sunnyside ever again.

Clean and the staff is friendly. The meat is well done. I had the filla pack and my husband had chicken strips and rice. The food was very delicious!!

My chicken was raw and had to take it back. Lunch was over and had to request for another chicken and it to be delivered.. Looks like I got the chicken I took back, back again..Unfortunately I could not check the chicken then when it was delivered since I was busy with a client. I appreciate the guy apologising but this was a very bad experience for me...

So I let it slide the first time when the owner said I should direct my complaints directly to galitos, but its happened AGAIN, placed an order for delivery, bearing in mind that the place is less than 500metres away, I ordered and it took them over an hour 30mins to deliver the food, our surgeon supports this place buys food weekly there but after this time he isnt so happy, needed to eat before theater but couldnt because we put our trust In Galitos, no one calls to explain or say anything all they say is sorry always. Highly disappointed, I work in a huge hospital where people love this place but after this its gonna be tough to order again.

Expect to queue between 30 minutes to 1 hour on the 15th, 25th and last day of the month since those days are pay days and s lot of people are eating out. The restaurant is located in one of the busiest street in Sunnyside. Theres no parking specifically for the restaurant, but you may find parking on the pavement or on the street. Check if all your doors are properly locked before you walk away. Theres been many cases of signal car jamming in the area.

Im not sure where to even begin with this place. The Service is just appalling. First when you walk in the place has a scent and was just so untidy the place needs a serious upgrade. The cashiers here know absolutely nothing about customers Service i stood there while the cashier neglected me attended to the phone spoke for a good 10 minutes while the other cashier completely showed disinterest in helping the other cashier. Then she puts the phone down procedes to process the other other order on the phone hoping back and for to the kitchen and eventually getting back to with no apology of keeping me waiting. They need to be properly trained on customers Service and exspecially team work. It was very unproffessional. You need to address these things or you will continues to love customers

Worse service ever bought food lemon n herb and was given hot or extra hot called them to show my order which was incorrect,a guy took them and change two pieces and re marinate the other two,i ate two went back to the cashier to ask if thats what I ordered or not,they told a Grill to rebast it with lemon n herb and the brought the same that i returned.
