Love it so much. You can stop right in front of the shop and walk in and out so easily.The place is modern and very clean. Great staff and very helpful and friendly. We had quick service.Has a lot of parking and parking for disable people.Toilets are clean and fresh and for disable people easily to get in and out. Always leave with a smile.Great for the whole family.

This is a public taxi rank. One needs to be vigilant and alert in the area. Be aware for people who are offering you help/assistance. The hygiene, health and safely is not of the highest standard. Ask the taxi drivers for help preferably if you need assistance cause bona are at least regular residents to the area.

If it happens once or twice, fine. But my last 5 deliveries (via Uber Eats) has been incorrect. Items missing or stuff that I’ve not ordered. I understand human error but this is honestly getting ridiculous.

Usually the KFC is always busy or their service wasnt the best, but when we went yesterday as Mc Donalds were so busy, the service was fast and the food was very good.

The service there is good and the cashiers are good. It is located outside of the Wonderboom Junction shops but within the parking lot. It has a drive-thru for the fast motorists who dont want to walk into the restaurantThey serve breakfast meals in the morning the after you get your usual KFC menu. It does get full like those other KFC so if you are on the go you can pass by

They filled my Cup with more than half of ices in my cup I didnt enjoy eating here coca cola tasted like water, n here is a Pic I tried to talk to them on the counter but the 1 helped me said he cant interfere in my complain because he just came now...... BAD SERVICES😞

The chips were most definitely not fresh at all. Even the kfc mash tastes better than that. Utterly disappointed as a first time customer by you.

Chicken was dry, everytime I order coleslaw or mash, they never give me spoons.

I ordered online for collection, since I am outside of their delivery area even though I live only 4 blocks away, and I checked in when I arrived at the store as per their requirement to start preparing your order, 45 minutes after checking in I am still standing in the shop waiting for my order so I decide to ask them where my order is and low and behold, they havent even started with it. I finally received my order 5 minutes later just to find when I get home that the chicken is oily to the point of having no taste at all. So I waited 50 minutes to get oily chicken, this was also not the first time this has happened. I would rather visit the Steers accross the road in future seeing as they deliver to my door and I have never waited 50 minutes for my order there. I would rate this store 0 stars if it it was possible.

Its okay but the drive through menus dont display any sensible options only the side orders. This leave everyone asking the cashier what the actual options are, which makes everything slow and inefficient.

Waiting 20min in the drive thru line. They don’t take the order over the microphone, just say will take your order at the window, so that is taking even longer...

I was at Wonderboom junction for a very early morning breakfast, I was interested in a Steers burger but when I got there, they where closed and very rude to when I asked when they opening.So very disappointed I went back to my car as I was about to drive out. I saw that KFC was open that early and serving food already. I saw a couple come out the shop smiling and happy, so I went to the drive by... It took 5 Min to get my order... I was amazed and told the lady Im extremely impressed with everything about KFC Wonderboom.Thank you for saving me while I was starving.

We had a drive through and at the intercom the lady said we should order by the window, when we got to the window we asked for a menu and the lady said in a very rude way we dont have a menu here. So we just decided to order the first thing that comes to our heads and paid, when we got the next window and the other lady said we have to wait infront of kfc because they are only preparing the fillets for the wrap. We sat in the car for more than an hour just to receive cold food. For a fast food restaurant this is unacceptable! I will never buy food here again!

The zinger wings looked old, brownish inside.we also ordered the breakfast meal with a cappy juice but the juice wasnt there when we got home...

Cashier and her colleagues were chatting it up when I was our turn to order, she gave us a blank stir when she was done - rude, considering we were waiting for her to finish. Didnt like the service at all, but I am finding this to be consistent with the KFCs I have visited in the past few weeks (and its a few). Seriously considering voting with my feet... disappointed.

I ordered a colonel burger, which topings was seperate packed (not on the burger). Could see into the kitchen area, where none of the kitchen workers were wearing gloves, could see how they worked bare hand with the food. The chicken was some dry and some undercooked.

Second time getting the wrong order. I was not the only one who got the wrong order. More training needs to be done.

KFC Wonderboom Junction is one of the better KFC fast food chicken outlets north of the Magaliesberg. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean, even the public restrooms are kept clean, neat and tidy.
