Good food and service, but the attendants were not in control of the play area. There were 2 boys of about 12/13 playing very rough and I had to ask them twice to calm down or leave the play area as there were little kids around. They were clearly too old for the play area and too rough. The rules clarely state 1.2m max hight. The staff should have intervened. Very disappointed that the situation was not properly managed by the restaurant.

The service was amazing, the food even better. The pasta sauce is really creamy and enjoyable. I ordered the carne pasta and you really have to try it.

Last time it was: Marvellous spacious play area. On the service side More average less dynamic than Im used to even without the lunch crowd...This time left a bad taste in my mouth: poor service and lack of attention to basics. Was seated on a dirty table. Waitress upon request wiped it begrudgingly with a very smelly cloth and she literally disappeared. To top it all off; Food was just a sacrifice...If I was without the kids, I would have left.

Located in the south east corner of the food court, the kids play area is upstairs. Typical Italian franchise restaurant with pasta and pizza on the menu. Kids and families and sit upstairs, with more space on the door level for groups. Always reasonably priced with good quality food. When it gets busy, service can be a bit slow.Play area is a great place for kids.

I went for lunch at the Panarottis restaurant at Menlyn Mall on 22nd of April 2021.I would just really like to take a minute to say thank you for the outstanding service that I received from the waitress who assisted me.Sibo was approachable, friendly, and sincere from the moment I entered the restaurant. She was well groomed and her appearance was clean and neat. It is clear that she enjoys her job.Throughout my lunch, she listened to what I asked and gave well spoken, relevant information to my questions, without becoming overly enthusiastic.She was observant to my needs and made me feel heard and respected, seeing me as a customer, and not just as a sale.She worked fast and prompt, making sure that I had her attention when I needed it without hovering around.When it was time for me to pay my bill, a trainee came with Sibo and they worked together in a good cooperative spirit. She guided the trainee in a kind and supportive manner without coming across as bossy, showing excellent leadership skills.Thank you, Sibo, for making certain that I had a great experience. I was not happy with the service here, we were taken to a table and no body assisted us for 15 to 20 min, i ordered chicken milano and my chicken was burnt. I was really disappointed with this place.

Ordered take away and the person serving me promised there would be no parking cost as there was 30 minutes free parking. Ended up paying for the food and R10 parking fee. Really unhappy, the Pizza was so cold and tasted like stale bread with melted cheese on

Great service and good food. Setting is nice and clean and atmosphere is perfect for a family restaurant. Wanna make your kids birthday a bit more fun with a bit of flair? This place is great for that. If youre just in the mood for some good food then its good too as the kids are upstairs playing and not running around the place uncontrolled (generally).

Tried the Vegan pizza option, and it was really good with the vegan base. Toilets were dissapointing though. The hand dryer didnt work, and there was a smell in the toilet.

Place is sort of short staffed, if its a busy day, you will wait.

Arrived hoping to get a seat upstairs near play area for my 2 kids. But upstairs was full. The manager then offered us a table downstairs with the option of going upstairs as soon as a table cleared. 2 tables cleared and new guests were immediately seated instead of calling us. Needless to say we left after after just having a couple of coffees. Dont make promises you cant keep.

This is a very nice Panarottis because if you sit on the top level you can watch your kids while they play as the kids area is totally surrounded in glass so you can see what is happening

Food is always divine! Good Sunday deal with kids today too- 2 free kids pizzas or pastas with each grown up pizza or pasta. We had amazing service from Lebo who made a nice fuss over daughters bday with singing and icecream.

What tipped it over the edge was when I had to dissapoint my kids with no dessert as it took the waiter a total of 25 minutes from the time I asked him for the menu to the time he came to take the dessert order. Service wasnt too bad. They think they can charge ColCacchio prices, but arent close to the standard with pre-made pizza bases - youve got a way to go. Ambience wasnt too bad. Kids play is a win though! The child-minders were very cool with our kids and looked after them nicely!

Awesome play area for kids upstairs and they have child minders who keep an eye on them. The pizza is always good!!
