A few years ago this was my least fav Spur branch. I avoided it. But something has changed because I have been going here for the past year or so again and I love it! Everything has improved tenfold. Keep it up!

This restaurant is family friendly and the wait and kitchen staff are unbelievably friendly. The place is usually well cleaned and the food is good. The only detractors are that the food sometimes takes a bit longer than expected, depending on how busy the restaurant is, and some might say that some of the meals offered are slightly overpriced for what you receive.

This was a chance visit today as we were travelling. As a family who visits Spur with kids entertainment in mind, this branch was a pleasant surprise. I has an amazing play area - the best I have seen in our country. Definitely worth it! Food and service were excellent

Must give the staff a big thank you for there friendly service and helping hand. The shop is clean and the food was prepared well bacon not to dry and the eggs just right. They ask offen if u need something and dont really come around when they notes u already took a bit of your food. Coffee always warm and delicious

The best spur yet, the service was top, the staff was very friendly and even the manager was very attentive. The food was so yummy as well. The kids playground was clean and has diverse games. Well done 👏

Great play area for kids. But extremely busy. Food took forever and was cold.

Great service. Not easy to serve a table of 12 but Pamela handles it like a champ!All the drinks and food out at the same time and everything was very tasty. Staff looked tired, it was a Sunday, but still remembered to sing for our two birthday peeps. Spur is still a family restaurant. Keep it up guys.

We call the staff and managers family by now. We love visiting this Spur more than all the others. It has a super cool play area for the kids and the service is fast and friendly. I can definitely recommend a afternoon visit with the kids and whole family.

Food is really amazing and the service is fantastic. They also have a pretty large smoking area. The play area also has everything. Close parking can be an issue but there is more than enough in the centers parking lot.

Friendly staff, service was good. They came to check on the table often. The play area is clean and well maintained. We had an awkward arrival, which is why I am only giving 4 stars. We arrived and we just stood in the doorway for a about 5 to 10 minutes before anyone assisted us

We experienced a faux pax a couple of weeks ago but hasten to add that Reon Swanepoel was quick to respond and rectify the situation. Nice that Spur do take their patrons seriously and go to extra trouble when the unforseen happens.

This Spur has the most extensive kids play area out of all the Spurs Ive visited, it is absolutely ideal for a birthday party. There are attendants in the play area, so even though I would recommend leaving little ones unattended there is a semblance of someone keeping an eye open. The adults at the party were well taken care of by excellent alternative staff and the food was 100% Spur fare like you would expect at any one of the stores in the franchise. Overall I think Spur must be one of our most successful franchises and they keep a tight reign on the stores to ensure guests get precisely what they came for. 🤗

Absolutely love spur. Even though I dont come as often everytime that I do I an so happy with everything. From the food to the service.

The atmosphere is very nice, the waiters take care of you and make you feel special.

Food was good and served correctly.Kids play area needs urgent maintenance or removal of damaged equipment... Kids safety is a concern because of it. Example being the handle bars on the toddler carrousel.Then to all Spurs we realise birthdays are spesial and you put a lot of effort into making it happen on request. But please, having your waiter dragged away to participate in the song and clap every few minutes is not good. Also the comotion every few minutes is disrupting even a social family eat out. I suggest scheduling the parade etc every hour or so.. the customers could even be asked if they would require this birthday celebration and then schedule the celebration for every hour, then all the tables with a birthday request can be tended to all at once. Less annoying for everybody, even for people who realy do have authentic birthday celebrations at the restaurants.

Probably the best Spur. Consistent quality, reasonably priced. Friendly staff and a fliping great kids play area: one of the best (even has a mini ferris wheel and merry go round). I have seriously driven all the way from Boksburg to eat here. Well done!

My wife and I go for breakfast at least 3 times a week. I must praise you guys for your service and good affordable food. The staff knows us by now and are extremely friendly and kind. We often take our children and grand children for meals and they also think you are the best!!! Thank you and please keep it up!

Food was okay but service was less than good, as we had to wait long to be served, even the restaurant was not busy. Our waiter was standing chatting on his phone at one stage while we were waiting for drinks. This is not how traditional Spurs are run.

As a pensioner it is worth asking for the pensioners menu and enjoy a chicken or beef snitzel with a baked potato. Be careful of too many onion rings though. Maybe Spur could rather add a green salad and add a little bit of Feta and olives to make it a Greek salad.

Like the atmosphere. The Spur was not too busy and the service was quick and the food delicious.

The customer service and the food is excellent, unfortunately yesterday I ordered the full chicken combo and I was given a Coke 1.5litre no sugar that expired 22/12/2020 very disappointing though means you do not check your stock luckily we didnt drink it!

The food took a bit long how ever they are very busy so its understandable the kids didnt mind as they were having a blast in the kids play area.The kids food came very quickly. So so all went great!

First time visiting the Burning Arrow Spur Steak Ranch after lockdown and their renovations and I am very happy to say they have not lost their touch. Good food at reasonable prices and the kids enjoy it very much. Good and safe play area. Surely one of the top five restaurants when wanting to take the kids out for quick lunch or dinner.

One of the better Spurs out there. Lots of seating inside and outside with big play areas both inside and outside. The play area boasts various forms of jungle gyms, trampolines, merry-go-round and big-wheel.

We are visiting this spur outlet on a regular basis and the food is really well prepared and delicious. The waiters is always friendly and quick in their responce and it is a safe place for the children to play in.

Recently had a super delicious breakfast here, my kid was begging me to go because they have one of the best childrens play areas I have ever seen and I too used to enjoy when I was a lil 1. Clean environment as well as super friendly staff. I urge you to give it a try.

The waiter we had was very friendly, My husband and I shared the Nachos and we had burgers. The food came out at a good time with the starter being Nachos and the food was delicious.

Crumbed mushrooms delicious BUT*received no napkins especially during covid(??)*Icecream of Dom Pedro was hot, not nearly as cold as it should be. Definitely NOT delicious!!

Food was good but staff are stealing our Spur points by not putting them through. Second time im a row that this has happened. The waiter was Edin. Thus only a one star rating.PATHETIC. no reply call to date received from the store manager

I have never ate a Pork chop that was hard and impossible to chew, The Pork chop tasted like last weeks meat and the ribs was the worst.Their food was not fresh. The young lady Manager was like Ill ask the chef. Im not happy

We went to this amazing spur as a family and was warmly welcomed and was checked on by the floor managers regularly and were kept satisfied. We ordered food and received it very quickly. The waiter was on his toes and checked up very often. Definitely the best restaurant in Pretoria!
