Their service and product is the best. Please keep on the good standard

The service at this place is pathetic. The staff members are slow. The supervisor doesnt know how to handle queries. Their POS machine does not work properly and they know it BUT cnt resolve the problem. You will be charged twice. The reversal will take forever. These guys need urgent improvements!!!

The service here is horrible and so slow. The managers do not have good customer care or service. The card machine is problematic in that it charges more than once and they do not address the problem. I had a very bad experience and was very disappointed with the service.

I think the cheese on the vegetarian pizza wat also vegan - not very nice, funny taste and texture.

I would not advice anyone to go to this place they took my money and refused to pay it back staff is rude.

Just bought 2 large pizzas and, i had better from panarottis, The topping was poor.

Dont want to give a star but can not post review with no starsI phoned around 16:00 to place the order and the senior manager assisted me. he mentioned that the network was slow and will phone me back to confirm order once system is better. he phoned back at 16:13 and confirmed my order and said that waiting time is 45min. Got there at 17:00 just to find out that my order is not on the system, thus no pizza ready for collection. as I walked out, the call Centre lady phoned and asked me about my order, I said that there is no order for me and she said she will phone them to sort out. the senior manager heard the telephonic conversation and tried to apologize but he was the one that assisted me with my order and he even phoned me back to confirm order but was not placed. I said they will make the order and I need to give him 10min. I ordered 2 kids pizza and one saucy chicken supreme but got meat supreme (which has mince on). he gave the order for free but the pizza went to waist as i do not eat mince on my pizza and therefor do not order it.today was the second time I ordered pizza at this branch and this was the second bad experience I got. I will not go back there soon or even at all.

Pizza was ok. I still feel that if you eat in you get better Pizza. The filling was not enough. The telephone service is not good. They need to get a better system if you want to do telephone ordersIf you want me to klik on a link please make it that i can click or copy otherwise it is useless

Only gave a one star because you have to give a star... Placed an order at 17:22 for pasta that would have taken 10 - 15 minutes for collection. Went to pick it up 20 minutes later and still not done. 50 minutes for Express food... First and the last time that I supported them.

Staff not trained at all. Waited almost 30 minutes only to get the wrong order. Waited another 20 minutes pizza not baked properly, thick base instead of thin base. At least the staff member apologized but the owner is no where to be found, how can you leave your new business to operate with no experienced staff?

You should get staff that knows how to talk to a customer. I will never visit this store again and also educate your staff about Covid as 2 of the 3 people working in the store is not wearing masks.

Thought i would give it a chance after looking at the reviews. Placed order through mr D. Picked up order....ordered 2 pizzas and only one was ready. Had to wait for the other one. How do you still get orders wrong after so many complaints about the same thing?? No i dont want a free pizza, i just want to warn other clients. Dont make the same mistake.

Will never order here again. Took more than an hour to get my order and when I did they management was scrabbling to find the order.Some people were waiting longer than I was. Super super dissapointing.

Next time I will rather drive to Kolennade and order take away that to buy from the express at Les Marais. Why muat we pay extra for parmasan cheese,chilly and garlic if I can get it for free at other restaurants. R24 for a buddy cooldrink. YOU ARE MAD. This place will not last for long...watch this space

If I have to write the entire story I will just waste more of my time!!! However I will say that you can Thank Buzz on you option 1 that I will NEVER EVER go to ANY Panarotis ever again. And R25.90 for a 300ml drink?? Laughable!!
