Visited the place today.The waiter and the manager, they went all out for us, they are just the best...

As we entered the restaurant we told the person meeting and greeting that we were very hungry. He assigned Brandon to us but apparently we were not Brandons priority. He left us sitting at a table not sanitised and went on a walkabout.When he arrived we asked him if the fact that were hungry was not a hint that we were ready to order. He told us that he had other clients to look after as well.We left in order for Brandon to care for his other clients. Goodbye Arapaho Spur

We had a really kind waiter. Great meal like always. When you like to know what to expect from a meal previously orderd, job well done cook.

Great customer service both times I have dined here, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is delicious expect the meat came cold, we enjoyed the double thick milkshakes, the nachos were delicious, and the restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are clean. Overall, we enjoyed both times we dined at this spur.

Service was excellent, the waiter very friendly. The restaurant is family friendly. With a place for kids to play whilst waiting for food to come. Its very spacious. The prices not bad. I enjoyed my ribs so much here.

Great Great service 👏, I purchased a takeaway breakfast and on my way out my bag tore and my breakfast fell out , the manager saw what happened and helped me pick everything up and prepared me a brand new breakfast and gave me new cappuccinos as mine got cold in the process of me waiting for the new breakfast, and all without me having to ask for a thing ! Acceptional service ! Will definitely Go back and would recommend anyone go there too . Not only is the food amazing but the display of humanity that I received was just so heartwarming . Whoever that manager is, u are doing a great job

I dont usually complain about food but when they say it will take fifteen min and it takes 45 min and barely no orders its frustrating and on top of that they got the order wrong.

Bad, my son had to watch other kids play as he doesnt like taking his shoes off. So he wasnt allowed to play due to him having shoes on.

I recommend this restaurant. One of the better options if you choose a franchise restaurant in the mall. Service and staff always friendly, helpful and well trained. Management always available to help. Food is good, and you get what was expected. If anything about the meal or service is not to your liking they will help or change within reason. Great to take children and family. We visit this restaurant frequently.

The food taste great and the service is excellent.

Terrible experience Saturday. I was treating my daughter for a latte and breakfast. At first the bread was served, lightly toasted and when sent back, it returned burnt. After a few bites, we came to realise the bread had mold. We were offered a free meal as an apology as if it would solve the stomach ache and slight food poisoning my daughter experienced.

The waiter was very nice , he ensure we are comfortable and served us with love!!

Absolutely love this Spur! Been there numerous times and EVERY time is better than the last! The service is amazing, friendly staff and hands-on management! The food is tasteful and perfectly prepared! They even give personal attention to each child in the kiddies play area! Would recommend it to each and every one!

Mohawk combo is still the best value for money. Their sauce on their ribs is sooooooooo tasty. It is a place for the entire family and they have such great service and your orders do not take long. You will not mind the wait either as the food is tasty fresh and juicy. Its a treat for special occasions. It does not matter which spur you go to you will find similar experiences though I recommend the SPUR in Lifestyle centre centurion. They are excellent and exceptional.

This is a good spur service wise also a good place to catch English premier league football games. The disappointment was in that the Playstation has not been functional for over 3 weeks. When it all works its quite fun for all concerned.
