I love spur even though I have had everything on the menu, its still a favourite especially because my kids can play all day there. Kids are safe and well cared for. Kiddies menu is also good I just wish they had not taken the mac and cheese option out as my kids love the dish.When we were there there was about 8 birthdays. Imagine hearing that loud song of theirs 8 times in 2 hours!!. Luckily as more kids arrived, we were done dining. Took our kids and left. Good experience for kids though

1st I was told its compulsory for a 3year old to wear a mask, we went out to buy one for him. We sit down and they dont have crayons and papers for kids. Then they dont have wipes. This is strange because this is not the kind of things we usually experience here. Unfortunately I come to spur for my son to have a good time and if that is not a thing anymore, then why stay loyal?

I had to book two weeks in advance, there was no charge as to the booking. On the day of the party they called me early in the morning just to confirm the booking and the number of people that Im expecting. On arrival they had set up the adult tables as well as the kids table which had those spur coloring papers and a spur mask.In terms of pricing, it was reasonable because each childs meals was R79 which includes a burger or cheese burger, chips, juice box or cold drink and a lucky packet or party pack.I was very happy with their service, the manager Ntombi went the extra mile in providing for all the extra chairs and tables that we needed.The play area is big and open enough for all the kids to play together plus its outside but there is enough security so the kids wont get out.

Loved it! Best Spur Ive been to, you can taste the food/ingredients are very fresh, everyone is very friendly, tables (and everything else) is sparkling clean. Eddie was an excellent server who obviously enjoys his job! Would 100% visit again and recommend to anyone. Theyre doing something right!

Was invited to a children birthday party. The kids enjoyed it a lot. Good menu options for the children. Parents could monitor their children on screens at the table. The waiter was very efficient and alocate numbers to the different couples present for separate bills. Food were typical to Spur.

The food was very nice, but the cuppacino was one of the worst I have ever been served. It tasted like a very weak americano with almost no milk.... and I am convinced they must have used skimmed milk also. It was really unpleasant and very disappointing. Oh and they really love to celebrate birthdays.

My kids favourite place to be everytime we go out. We struggle to say NO when choosing a place to eat out. Its a place to eat out with well trained team and good service.

Wow! I rated this Spur as a 4 star a year ago.. They definitely deserve a 5 star as of this moment.If I stayed closer, this would have been my go-to restaurant.ALL the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Felt like a VIP upon entering.Their service is good and the food was devine. The starter filled us up (we had the Buffalo wings as a starter), so when the main order arrived, we asked for it to be placed in takeaway containers.My friends kid accidentally spilled his milkshake and not even that could put a frown on the waiters face. She asked if she could place the food that she just brought over in the containers, while helping to clean up the spill.Speaking of kids.. They have constant surveillance over the kids. A staff member will watch them and escort them to the table when needed. Thank you for looking after the kids while the adults can have a little breather. :)They are extremely safety conscious. (Temperature is monitored and records of clients are kept at the entrance). Face masks are compulsory and not just an option, even the kids are adhering to the lockdown rules.Every cent worth.Thank you for the superb service and the friendliness. Really feels like visiting family.

Look, I know what the covid law says, which was written in 2020, but things change. With 14 months of statistics out, one should REALLY know by now, that children under the age of 12 have less chance of dying from coivid than from a car accident. So, this place will not be seeing me soon, as I firmly believe running outdoors in the play area with a mask on, has MANY more problems than covid. Yet, the child minders are demanding children to wear masks, with their newly declared super powers, whilst sanitizing everything to death. What happened to the GOOD bacteria? Did yall forget about that? Eveything is a choice, so I choose not to go there again. You may choose otherwise. Good for you. I will respect your choice.

NOT IMPRESSED @ ALL...!It has been years that weve agreed that Arrow Ridge has adopted the new name of Broken Arrow.ONCE AGAIN:Over done steak, cake floured water for gravy with hardly two whole mushrooms amongst this thickening agent.😔Calamari sticks (chunks) instead of rings, not to mention we where basically done with our dinner when condiments arrived.PS - (SPUR) cast-iron plates continue the cooking process while ure chefs are waiting for chips...etcThats why you serving boot leather for steak.BG

Visited this Spur for the second time and this time around was disappointed. The waiter that served us was mostly uninvolved and got orders wrong twice. Our orders also took very long to prepare, almost an hour. The manager was nowhere to be seen and as uninvolved as the waiter that served us. When it was time to pay, the waiter brought the bill and then dissapeared again. I had to call another waiter who then called our waiter and still wasnt in in hurry whatsoever to assist us. My first experience with this spur was pleasant, and if it wasnt for that, I would have rated it 2 stars.This Spur to us is a Spur I would like to visit more, as my elderly father is a bit frail and cant walk long distances. This Spur is ideally located for us, as it can be accessed directly from the parking area, no need to walk a distance in a mall for example. If only they can step up the service, we would return again.

Closes late than other food outlets which is helpful... Place wasnt full but service was slow, had to wait up to an hour for my order. When I got home there were no sauces in my takeaway. The staff is very friendly though..

Excellent food. And a bonus for us their outside playground was open. My 5 year old was totally ecstatic that he could finally play at a playground other than home for the first time since lockdown startes

Social distancing is observed well because it is spacious. The service has not been compromised by the circumstances and obviously the food is delish!
