Worst service ever. Unprofessional, rude and not helpfull at all.Wont recommend to to anyone

The perfect example of unprofessional service.I literally had to invite myself in to a conversation when trying to get more information on African Banks advertised 13.33% investment account before opening an account for myself.The lady behind the counter had her earphones in and I was clearly Interrupting her day.After I managed to get her attention she started engaging in conversation with me, still with one earphone in her ear while swinging the second ear-piece in the air and chewing on a paperclip.She was clearly in a hurry to get back to her daily recreational time so I thanked her and left the bank, never to return.

Pathetic service at Menlyn... only ONE teller with 6 others empty. The teller complaining to customers about how long it is going to take complete what we need help with (get a bank card????). Then leaving to take lunch and letting us all to come back in half an hour.

Mxm so annoyed i got there looking for debt consolidation nd they said they dont offer them but while on the internet they claim to offer them

Another useless African Bank branch. No 1 at the branch with any type of skill or intelligence.
