I do not know why they have a Capitec bank in Menlyn Mall. You cannot make deposits inside. Outside only one deposit Atm and it is offline or out of order most of the time

Poor poor poor.Only 1 ATM that accept cash. Stand in a que for over an hour to make a deposit.Not a pleasant experienceWalked into the branch. Ask for the Branch Manaher who were sitting behind the Welcome desk, suddenly she picked up her land line phone and act like she is on a call.Never ever experienced such poor service.

As a capitec client for more than 5 years, iam very disappointed in the service I received from kholofelo at this branch. She was very rude and was playing with her spit in her mouth the whole time. I will never recommend capitec bank ever again
