Tjo worse service I dont dispute that we are on lock down restriction etc ,But service worst SERVICE EVER.How do you service Customer Service with one staff Honestly How???And the staff member slow...No Manger I would have told her..jerr
There are friendly and very helpful
Staff was very helpful. Even went over working hours to assist the people in the queue. They even gave us chairs because the queue was long. They also had great communication skills. From the security up till the lady at the teller, Excellent work!
Poooooor slooow service. I have been to other branches that were exceptional in their service. This is my second day requesting a change in my physical address and bank statement. I gave them my my electricity bill and they said it wasnt sufficient. Its a pdf printed file that I could show them on my phone. They insisted I should go back to the office and print the email I had received the bill from. It didnt make sense to me. I then asked if I could print in the bank that email or send that email to them and they declined.Thats just not being helpful to someone who has been waiting in the queue for an hour. The attendant then insisted that I should go print that document. I departed in view of my day work as I had realised I was well over my lunch time allocation. The attendant assured me that I would not need to wait in the queue.Day 2, Its 1.5hours waiting to get my task done after waiting more than 1hr to see the same attendant who denied me to attend to me immediately as promised in the previous day.This is not fair and its a poor poor service. They is no sense of urgency in this branch and the personal and systems are redundant and sluggish. Zero rating customer care.Gravely concerned,
I am being nice by even putting one star.The bank consultant couldnt even explain to me why the proof of address I had brought was not alright. I had brought my rent statement and she told me it is sad that many people dont understand how FICA works and was just ready to send me to other banks to get a different proof of address as if I had the time to run around. This very same proof of Adress I have used at SARS and I fail to understand why it will not suffice to prove as a valid proof of address. She went to 4 different consultants to find out if this is sufficient, she didnt know herself and I believe there is some knowledge that needs to be given in terms of what proves as a valid FICA approved proof of address because your consultants do not know. I am rather irritated and agitated by the lack of customer service and this all happens after she told her manager about another customer grieveience right in front of me and I did not have to know the business of anothe customer who was mad himself about his own things.I am just not satisfied with the service I received and I have been told that to open a childs savings account takes 3 hours for 2 kids and in a way telling me to go to anothe bank because the interest rates are low at Absa.Sibongile
