The past 2 years our new personal banker has shown no interest in assisting us with our banking problems! Our last problem is losing 150 recipients due to our online banking profile (my business account was removed from my RMB profile to a FNB profile) being changed without our knowledge! As it is the end of the month this poses a huge problem...which is not being taken seriously by RMB! A question....are RMB clients now actually FNB clients, because then there are no need for RMBs existence...???
