Worst service ever, the last time my money was short and i had to drive back the following day after they called me, today i waited for 30 mins while the lady assisted a client that seemed to be her friend talking about a birthday, whilst the other client was complaining. Worst ever, go to Menlyn and get better service there.

Customer service very poor!!! Giving clients wrong forms and clients need to follow up. No feedback from them then u still have to beg that they forward the correct forms.

Unhelpful and very poor management.
