STD Bank Brooklyn service is very bad. About 10 staff members and 5 customers on the floor but a person takes 30mns to exchange forex. Staff chatting through the windows instead of providing service to customers. Godfrey you dont have to take out the fact that you work alone on forex to the customers ... you are rude period. You need to be tought customer service etiquette...you dont say yah when you call the next customer. Pathetic!

Waiting for hrs only one person working in the bank and they chatting to client about their weekend, very unprofessional and rude, stay away and dont use standard bank, they pathetic

Very poor service. The consultant couldnt help me and said she would find out the answer to my query and phone me back the next day, it is 3 days later and I am still waiting.

Every other bank is open except standard bank after 11am on a Saturday, it’s pathetic!

Best service Ive had at a Standard Bank. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the service was quick and efficient. Thank you to a Mrs Hunz who made my experience an enjoyable one.

MOST PATHETIC BANK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO CANNOT SOLVE EVEN MINOR PROBLEMS. I HAVE SPENT OVER R1000 ON AIRTIME PHONING YOUR CALL CENTRES TO UPDATE MY OTP EMAIL ADDRESS. ALL YOU PEOPLE DO IS TRANSFER CALLS, PUT PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THEN DROP THE CALL. IVE ALSO SENT 7 EMAILS WHICH ALL WENT UNANSWERED.

I had a really bad experience this past Sat (24/8). The ladies at enquiries had unwelcoming attitude and it seem it was my fault that they were working on a Sat. Wont be visiting this branch again and were considering changing banks.

Location is completely wrong. No where near Brooklyn, Pretoria.

I was attacked by a group of taxi drivers infront of the guards earlier today,some of them even followed me to the ATM where i was banking my money and they then stopped me and asked for a banking receipt
