I made a deposit into an account from the atm and 7 working days later it never reflected. Sometimes I wonder where does peoples money dissapear to in a Standard Banks atm
Absolutely horribleWhenever I go there there is only 2 tellers which both are busy wit bulk (coins clients)Takes half hour to help them and we all waiting and the que is long waiting
Worst branch I have ever been to. Misinformed about products. Terrible service and no accountability from staff up to branch manager.
Went in for a loan application after call centre said I have to apply at a branch. Forms did not reach HQ. Agents at the branch dont know their products...not even the branch manager it seems as she wasnt helpful. This branch is more a deposit bank than anything else.
So far so good with the branch

Poor management,1 service consultant and 1 enquiry consultant and 11 people in queue,There are extra desks there but empty without constant,If no queue then its okay otherwise leave the place or be prepared to wait for 1 hour
