Firstly, as a new client, this is was I noticed, its a clean and modern branch with comfy chairs. I waited about 5 mins to be helped and got a good service from the customer care lady. They helped me set up my online banking on the laptops available and showed me around the FNB ATM with detailed explanation. The manager was walking around checking if everyone has been served or has a ticket. There is also a security guards present at all times. Keep it up

Terrible experience. Trying to re-activate my bank account was worst than being held at gun point... I will be looking for a new bank with better continuity protocols.A big thank you to the gentleman who assisted in the end.

Staff went above and beyond. We even kept the gentleman late with our query and when we apologized he said doesnt matter, as long as your issue is resolved So in short, great service every time weve been there, educated and efficient staff.

I booked a branch visit and once i went in and was helped everything went quick and the lady who helped me was very helpful. So thank you fnbmall@reds and Nesiwe for being so helpful. Hope you nothing but the best and see you soon!

Terrible Service and Turn around time

This is one of the best branches I have visited in my personal experience good service, a bit slow but due to everyone choosing this branch. Customer service is just as excellent. Would definitely suggest it.

Business hours reflected on Google not updated according to current conditions ie Covid

FNB charges for sending out proof of payment emails. Lame, Ill just do it myself, emails dont cost anything.

I had to wait for 30minitutes to submit proof of residence. Staff is rude especially a lady called Kgopana. Dont waste your time with them.

Not even answering phones during the day! There are great FNB branches. Why is this one so pathetic. Who is the rotting fish head at this branch?

Excellent service

Honestly the best service I have had at a bank. I just had to print proof of Residence. The staff member met me as I entered, asked me what I wanted, and then pointed me to the laptops where I could login. He showed me where to click after I had logged in, and he then showed me to the printer available to print it out. In and out in 5 minutes.

I went I to collect my card. Waited over an hour before I got up and left. I asked if there was not a dedicated person to assist with collection. Answer was no, all staff help everyone. FNB might as well be a government department. Take a days leave, go to bank, get a ticket and wait all day to be assisted.

Want to switch to FNB? Call us so we can tell you that you arent a customer and your ID number is in fact not our system yet. Dont call again. K bye

Probably the worst branch ever, nobody commits to their promises, still waiting for them to activate my account and the consultant to respond to my emails. make a million promises when you open a account and thats where it ends.
