Cashier refused to accept deposit as it was written on OLD DEPOSIT SLIP ...She further refused to help my Driver She was rude & refused to write _ fill in NEW DEPOSIT SLIP SERVICE OF THIS NATURE IS UNACCEPTABLE WE ARE CUSTOMER OF ABSA BANK >>> YOU DONT NEED OUR BUISNESS , THEN WE DONT NEED YOU AS A BANK

I was at your branch yesterday. This is by far the friendliest branch I have seen in a long time. From the moment we stepped into the bank right to the tellers. Busi was the best. Thank you

Been in the queue for almost an hour.. When I get to the till Im told they dont have any cards and that I should wait 5 working days. Hows that even possible!??

These people didnt help reverse a transaction I did. I wish there was a zero star to show my discontent with these people. Definitely going to a new bank

Worst service i received from Sandile Jaba i spent a hour on a que trying to deposit then the machine is full of cash so he tells me to join the tellers que he had advised against when i ask why only one atm is taking deposit in a bank with 5 atms seriously,. I think its serious inconvenience that even though you stand 1 hour inside the bank you then have to stand another hour on tellers que Absa should sort something out is it not a first come first serve policy

Ive stoped coming here because of the poor Service and blaitant disregard of their customers. I get that the branch is busy but im still a client and the Service i get at menlyn should be standard Service i recieve here appalled!
