I never had problems with the bank in any form but since the introduction of this app zi am struggling to conduct any transaction. This app will not open and indicate that I have no internet connection, which will not be the case. Please someone do something
Dont waste time going this branch I went there like two times to deposit the que was long and they have like 1 atm to deposit its annoying the service absolutely appalling I mean the branch is located around but they have limited resources I can never switch banks to capitec cause of such limited resources while they know they have a lot of client
Just came from the Branch and Hatfield to activate the tap to pay function. The consultants who were standing outside told me to use the app. Told them I have already switched it on on the app but says I must first go to the bank to confirm because it was on : pending.They said if that is the case it means its okay I can now use it. I asked that they check it for me. They said no need to check at the bank i must just go use the card.Went to board the Gautrain at Hatfield station and the card declined when I tapped it.Capitec has some useless people as consultants there who dont even know how their bank cards work. Please bring employ people with the knowledge of the banks products and services not those idiots.
The worst service delivery I have ever delt with. Uneducated staff members with bad attitudes and just an unpleasant experience. I will never bank with capitec again
Fantastic service from Daphney at the Hatfield branch each and everytime we come here.
Lower banking fees but atms only opens during working hours. We end up paying high fees for using other banks Atms.
Better since the recent renovations but theres always a queue stretching outside
Usually has long queues as its the only capitec atm around the area
