I have to visit this branch once or twice a week. As a business client who pays a hell of a lot on service fees it is frustrating to say the least that the branch does not make provision for bulk- or business tellers. I spend on average 30- 40 minutes waiting in line for tellers. Most days there is only one teller. On the odd occasion you might be lucky to find a second teller.When you finally get to the teller one needs to be patient as many a time I have been faced with the situation where a teller will first cash up their excess cash and one then needs to wait until they are done and the monies are put away.The irony is that I am typing this review while waiting in line, for the tellers.Once upon a time this used to be one of the top branches. Client service doesnt seem to be a top priority these days.I would suggest looking into a bulk teller again to assist your business clients and facilitate the flow of clients in a speedy manner.Can however compliment them on their staff doing the screaning at the doors. Very kind and helpfull. One can see they are trying to make the best of the current situation.

Refer to Ben Swart branch but Absa closes at 11 oclock. Waste of time and fuel. Poor service Absa Hercules
