Waiting for hrs only one person working in the bank, very unprofessional and rude, stay away and dont use standard bank, they pathetic

The worst service Ive ever gotten from any bank, I went there TWICE to request a letter I kept being told that they cant give me the letter because they DONT do that, we called customer service twice they told them that they can do it for me but they still refused eventually I went to kolonnade branch where they made it for me without ever giving me a hustle . The lady that helped me at Pretoria north branch had the worst attitude aswell.Never knew people could be so lazy to do their job or have so much prejudice, whatever her reasons were to refuse me that letter twice I dont know but clearly other branches do give you,so one I cant say its based on company regulations. Its just a one person/branch problem.

This is the best bank in Pretoria North in terms of services. The staff is very helpful. I could have given 5 stars were it not for the unwelcoming aura of one of the consultants at the enquiry counter.

Useless, visit a different branch to avoid wasting your time.

Pathetic. Aircons out of order for very long time now and terrible long ques as only 2 tellers available on a Saturday month end! Would be somewhat better if it wasnt so hot due to no airflow. The poor employees working there.

The worst branch ever that I have visited , the rceptionist and consultants even talk about what clients came to do. Pathetic service at reception; lady only allocate queries to other departments. Tellers are socializing with clients and not minding waiting clients, consultants computer systems logged of before closing time. This branch dont even deserve 1 star.

Needed to use the Internet for payment, the computer was off, I asked the consultant and she said I must be patient. Few minutes later I successfully located the computer box in the cabinet, I switched it on and still had to wait as it kept on popping windows will shut down in a minute.
