Great service, good South African Portuguese food, tasty prawns and chicken special!

They were highly recommended by a colleague and they did not disappoint. So much flavour in the prawns and happily surprised with the portions. The hot chicken was also next level of you can handle it.

...besides the sticky wooden table and slow service, my 3 friends and I had a good time... I absolutely LOVED my food and so did my friend who had the salmon and rump... my other friend though didnt like the smell of the livers. The giblets were not thoroughly cooked but he chose to eat them instead of the livers. I tasted them and they were so soft and melted in my mouth, except from the wiff lol... All in all I loved the place and was happy with my food!

Cescos is a favourite any day. Service is excellent when you sit down & the take away are equally delicious. Family from Durban love to frequent the place when they visit as it really is that good.

First of all, its a nice roomy and airy sorrounds. Very good food anf nice bar. The open air sitting in the restaurant area is definitely a hit. Very strict on thr smoking by laws and so you never have to compromise

A place to unwind, catch up with friends over a wide range of beer drafts, a mouth watering menu. Ow did I tell you that they have special for almost everyday. For me, the chicken with that sauce, finger licking good and the steak is world class (always go for medium rare). Take your friends there and enjoy yourself.This is also a nice place to catch up on live sport, rugby, formula 1, soccer etc. Good vibes indeed

Our local watering hole, its centrally placed, a good setting (be it a romantic dinner or a few drinks with friends), great service and my favourite peri-peri chicken currently. After selling this place to my parents for weeks we finally went. The food took forever to arrive (55 minutes after placing our order), the waitress didnt come around for 30 mins to check up on us and the manager said did nothing. The biggest disappointment was that when the food arrived, it was nothing like the Cescos I have come to know and love. From being a no-brainer I now think twice when I feel like going there. A poor evening that could have bene handles much better.

This must be the best restaurant in the entire Midrand! From the outside it doesn’t look like much but my oh my the food is fantastic! Every single person we’ve taken there said they were (like us) completely bowled over. They will exceed your expectations and you will not be disappointed! Good service. Tasty and generous portions and good value for money.

Nice venue. I ordered a rare fillet steak with boiled potatoes in jalapeno sauce. Unfortunately the steak was cut pretty thin & ended up about medium-well. Not a spot of pink anywhere. Other than that, everything was tasty, the sauce really good and the potatoes just right. I might give them another try in future, just not with steak.
