Ordered through Uber Eats, took an hour and half to arrive with half my order missing. Clearly dont know what samosas are because what I got was a bread pastry with mince inside. Very disappointing.

Food is normally good but sometimes really lousy. Breyani last week was dry and favourless. Called to complain but manager wasnt around and never returned my call. Luckily many other good Indian restaurants around.

Had Paneer Majestic today and I think it’s one of the most amazing starter I had in recent timesJust too good and worth every single penny

Their food is really nice, their portions are great, and to top it all, they are the cheapest indian restaurant in this area! Props to them!

Taste of the food is not the same all the time and the ingredients are not the same as supposed to be. I mentioned the same to the manager I got a lecture on Indian food and how its supposed to. Owners need to explain the manager to take feedback constructively and not to give lectures to guest.

Just had lunch there.Food is full of flavour and very good.Would highly recommend their food. And prices are very good for the amount of food given.

Wanted to try something new (Indian food) and boy was I impressed with this restaurant! I had their butter chicken & basmati rice the 1st time and it was D-elicious. The chicken was so soft- cooked to perfection and the flavor out of this world. Also tried out their lamb bunny chow & I loved it. Only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is I found the food too spicy- I had the mild options (lowest level) on both occasions and I couldnt handle it...but maybe thats only because I generally struggle with hot foods.But, apart from that- Id recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good Indian food 👌🏽

Reasonably tasty masala dosa. Both accompanying chutneys were tasty. We will try other items soon. I took out one star because of sweeper started sweeping the place right when we started eating. Other 2 customers also showed irritation at this. Hopefully, this improves after the feedback.

I think 2 nd best place in Midrand as a Indian restaurant after Akshay patra restaurant ,I can say must try once Hyderabad Dum biryani.

Under new management. Located below Nagiahs Midland. Good Indian food prepared while you wait with a selection of North and South Indian dishes. Great dhall makhni and naan bread. Free open parking outside the store. Sit in and take away.

Absolutely love this place. If you want to have authentic Indian Tandoori Chicken, this place is a must try. Chicken Biryani is nice as well. Parking is not a problem in this area.The only downside is that sometimes when you arrive late for meal, the quality drops a little. But that has happened only once in 10 visits.

The food we had was great. . Missing the red lentil dhal with the dosa though... Seems not all the food is available daily..

I am shocked with the appalling service and substandard food They used the same gravy for All the food even the chicken karahi looked like the paneer and they just add peppers to everything A meal takes over one hour to be served and these ladies forgot the drinks order seriously Definitely a miss for me

The best biryani restaurant in around Centurion and Midrand. If you are a biryani lover must try this place. The only slight drawback is they dont have a good ambience to sit. But you can compromise that for the taste they give.

Beat curries ever.

Ive tried a number of the Indian restaurants/takeaways in the area and this is one of the best. The Lamb Dhal Ghosht and Taj Special Paneer were fantastic. The Butter Naan was good just not as good as a few other places around but the Jeera rice was excellent. Prices are a little on the high side but well worth it for the quality of the food. I highly recommend you try out this restaurant if you are looking for great Indian food. I will definitely be patronising again.

Ordered supper via Mr delivery for my family and I this evening, nearly finished my lamb bunny and I find a cockroach at the bottom in the sauce!!! I have never in my life experienced this before!! Sick to my stomach. This is unacceptable!!! Disgusting!!! You can’t serve customers and have cockroaches in your kitchen!!!

We just had lunch here with friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems and enjoyed the view with delicious Mutton Biryani lunch. Must try! Spl Thanks to Krishna ☺

Bought sweets last week which they recently upgraded but they tasted putrid and not going to buy anymore from them ,food is mediocre and uses too much of food coloring in their dishes.Not to mention unhygienic and people not maintaining proper covid protocols.

Had a hot lamb bunny and it was fantasic. The curry itself was brilliant; hot & creamy (different to what Im use to), with sauce filling the entire plate. The bread used for the bunny was also realy good, fresh and soft.Ill be back! - update 16 Jan 2017. Returning customer in the mood for a bunny, told by waiter that they dont have bread.what a shame

Absolutely bad service waited for an hour for my take away while the owner serves his acquaintances first.The restaurant is an authentic indian restaurant which only gives good service to people from India. Theres too much of discrimination, go there and see for yourself.

I heard the name of the restaurant from so many people but when I went to the place I was totally disappointed. The place might be ok for takeaway but for dine in its not right. The place had bad cutlery and no cleanliness. I took my parents who came from India for lunch at this place and it was so bad that I felt so sorry about the same later. The food is ok but because of hygiene factor I was worried about eating the same. I will never visit the place again. Thanks

Me & family went at the Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant, Midrand South Africa. They served an Roti, some of the currys and Worst biryani ever tasted we We ordered mutton biryani first and hardly. Worst service and food I ever had no apologies I will never eat at your restaurant again money I wasted.Restaurants is very dirty with full of cockroaches/. ahhhhkkkeeee dont waste your time& Money.
