Very bad experience 😕, bought 3 pieces with chips. Chicken has bad smell, almost vomit 🤢. Couldnt eat the food. Waste of my money.

Really pathetic kfc that have only 2 items on the menu. Just as i thought to give them a try its a fail. Everytime.Really pathetic

Worst KFC that I have ever been to. Staff will ask you 3 times to confirm your order and still get it wrong. I was there for meals once. Cancelled the order because somehow it was really hard to understand what 2 regular twister meals are. The second time I asked them for white coffee and got black instead. Never had this issue at any other KFC in the country. It actually made me so mad I am writing a review about it.

KFC blue Hills is ok, used drive through. Not sure about the service inside but the drive through was quick and the food was nice and warm.I like that they still have a decent meal for under R30, these days that is not easy to come by.

Very bad customer service from Cynthia Phesha. On the morning of 18 April, I went to buy breakfast and I asked her if she could make sure that I get fresh meat as there had been occasions where I got dry and unflavorful meat. Cynthia basically laughed in my face and her tone was very rude and sarcastic. On top of that I had to wait for 30min for my breakfast.

Food is good but drive through wasnt open because the assistant wasnt there.

Ive been here several times because unfortunately it is the closest KFC to me. The service gets worse each time, the drive thru is normally closes from 7pm even with the extended lockdown hours. The drive thru queue is never long but almost every single time I am told t wait an extra 25 mins for the order. They claim to never have chicken after 6 and only allow zinger wings orders from that hour. Really the worst KFC I have ever been to !!!

Fairly gud shop but they take long, card machine always not working. Someone should tell them WEARING MASKS PROPERLY IS IMPORTANT not only for themselves but the food they are serving.

Bought nicely and fully Dunked wings but I was ordered to wait for 10 since they were still cooking. Unfortunately thry forgot bout me and ended going back to the store to ask about my order after 25mnts. Well thry nursed my hurt feelings with an ice cream 😋

Couldnt take card..had to repeat order 6 times...mask on and off...still got order wrong and had to wait sooooo long

They had a sign up that said they close at 7:30 pm. They were closed to customers at 7:19 pm and pointed customers away.

Ordered food at drive through.They told me to wait 10-15 min.Sat outside in car for 40 minutes and eventually had to go and knock on door because I saw they closed without giving me my order.Eventually got food out of them.Also saw a staff member handle food with bare hands during preparation.I would guard against visiting this shop.

1st time in Jan this year I ordered a toasted cheese and tomato via the drive through. Got cheese, egg and tomato but the toast was soggy and the tomato still ice cold. Clearly a bad attempt at reheating a toasted sandwich. Today I went into the KFC and ordered the same. Asking clearly for a freshly made cheese and tomato sandwich with NO egg. Guess what I got. Reheated cheese tomato and blue egg toasted sandwich with soggy bread (clearly not fresh) almost burnt to ensure it has heated the cold filling. I have no words

Poor customer service. Went in to order after work. Got home, food was missing. Phoned in to let them know and got a slap-dash, careless and lackadaisical attitude from the manager. Basically told that they will deliver if the driver can find me or I can pick it up myself to correct THEIR mistake.Buyer beware!

Personally feel like they sell you chips from yesterday.... Exaggerated as that may sound,it tastes and feels that way in my mouth especially on days where they not soo busy... Stoped getting fries from there.... And this applies to other things like tomatoes,Lettuce but it also depends on what you order and on what day

I requested a new burger as the one they gave me did not look appetizing. They did it with no issues and it was the freshest burger.

I ordered a all star lunch box just now. I did not receive my 2 zinger wings and i ordered chilli salt but instead i received salt and tamato sauce. I did not receive what i paid for!! Terrible service

I bought six pieces, every Tuesday on 29 February 2019 time was 19h45 the service is very poor, I prefer drumsticks only but the staff told you cant choose ,I felt treated badly because I always buy there and I choose any piece that I prefer.

Avoid eating here at all cost. They packed only 1 of the 2 food items I ordered, and argued when I pointed it out. I had to dig for the receipt to prove it. Although the person at the window was standing with the 2nd item in her hand.Then the one they got right was burned to inedability. How do you burn fast foodStay away, you can get better food at the kooka shop.

I would like to lay a formal complaint.I cannot believe that you would employ a manager like Kanego. I would like details on how to lay a formal complaint. We visited and bought food this evening only to get home and find an item missing. As it it was my supper I called and asked for a solution for this problem in having the item delivered. Kanego told me she would arrange it with their drivers.Later I received a call from the cashier who made the mistake from a strange number. She was a lovely woman with excellent customer service but was almost in tears telling me the drivers refused to deliver to me due to distance. I asked for the manger and a few minutes later received a call from Kanego with the same number.I was annoyed and asked her why she as the manger did not just tell the drivers to deliver but not even 30 seconds into the call it was cut off. I tried calling back only to reach the CASHIERSs voicemail!Calling the KFC number back I spoke with a second manager (I apologies again for how upset I was) who informed me that Kanego had knocked off without a word of the issue and dealing with anything. She cut the call with me from the cellphone and walked out within 1 minute of me calling back and reaching the second manager.What kind of manager:1) Puts a cashier in that position to deal with a customer problem with not personal accountability2) Pushes a cashier to be almost in tears with the situation3) MAKES THE CASHIER CALL A CUSTOMER FROM THEIR PERSONAL CELLPHONE!Please provide the details on how to lay a formal complaint with who ever made this woman a Manager
