Horrible!! I placed an order telephonically 30 minutes before I went to the store. I told the person on the line that I wont be able to wait for the order at the store because Im using an Airwalker, I have an injury. When I went to the store to pick up and pay, I had to wait for another 30 minutes. I couldnt find a seat and had to stand the entire time... nobody cared.

Second time I tried to support them. The first time their card machines did not work. Today I took cash and got 6 hotwings for R30. The service were defnitely without a smile. I ask for a bag of sauce which was extra. The chicken were OK but not spicy at all. And it neede salt which were not supplied with the meal. It was OK but I expected more. It had the feel of a big corporate store where cust service are not valued.

I want to be specific about this, Cnr Pretoria road and Central in Kempton Park. The stuff is grumpy and the meat was half ash, the lady calling out orders didnt even ask if it was an eat in or take away.. She packed my order and when I told her it was an eat in she handed me a tray and the packed order that SHE was supposed to unpack and place on the tray so I had to do it myself. None of them is even wearing name tags. Date is December 11 2020

Literally just had lunch there. Had Wings and chips with Juice. It was very busy but it didnt affect the speed of the queues or the kitchen. The staff on the floor clean up quickly so the tables dont stay for long since some people dont know how to throw away their trash. I just wish they had a bathroom but excellent service and the chicken was not too salty or dry.

They are fast on serving people but except one lady she was very rude. While we were standing on queue she took sum of the customers in front of us when we ask she says its her job but I didnt understand how could be her job while a customer have to take a queue
