Their service is very quick, you dont wait too long for your order 👌🏾 but the store is in a very small space, the people who are still waiting for their orders just gather in one space and that makes it a bit hard to keep a social distance. But overall, excellent service 👌🏾

I would never go back to this chicken Licken again.I went there earlier today.Firstly the wings are drySecondly they have no chipsThirdly they dont answer their phones and lastly I found a long hair in my food in the fried wings.I immediately got nauseousIts to put anyone off from food!!!Im extremely angry.You pay for food and this is what you get?!!!!

Waiting time is thw issue for me. I dont think as customers we have to queue for that long and then get served so late. Theres Corona now, we as customers would like to get to a shop, buy wabt we want and leave the mall within 10 minutes. The risk of being outside your home during this time is scary.

Good afternoon.i just bought myself soul sista 2 for lunch.it was to my opinion the worst meal ever..the chicken was as dry as biltong.not even chewable.chicken licken boulders is a disaster.

For some reason my 36 hot wings took longer than normal on this particular day (plus minus 45 minutes) but all in all I have gotten excellent service every time. This was an exception I could live with.

This restaurant seems to always have a long queue. One would expect they would have expanded by now. Thier chicken is always quite tasty though. Also the sitting area mostly inadequate for thier customers most of the time.

Does Boulders chicken licken ever pick up their phones. i called more than 6 times and they never even bothered to return my call.

The Chicken Licken boulders phone never goes throughis it still in use or do they just put it aside so that we dont request oders over the phone. This is an inconveniece because when you are at work placing an order and just picking it up saves time.

This shop has the worst service I have ever experienced, I would never in a million years recommend anyone to go there unless they want a very poor service and old chicken from previous day or even longer. Im disgusted.

I am NOT happy with the service! i placed an order at 11am it is now 1:17, i was told that i would get the order delivered after 30mins I am still waiting!! it has taken me 150 attempts to get hold of their landline this is ridiculous, you need to sort out this service.

The lines are always busy no matter what time you call and how many times you call and when you go there their is nobody on the phone. I usually call and pick up or continue to try calling while driving to them only to get there and see no1 on the phone. Really frustrating.

I like that place but they must add more staff and cashier because their is too many people.
