I always get a great service in here, the staff is efficient, drive through functions well, i have zero complaints so far, but do spare cash incase the speed point machine is not active which is hardly the case.

I suffered from food poisoning after eating their zinger wings. The symptoms were severe and I have even been booked on sick leave for the whole week after consuming their chicken. I’m really not happy at all.

I drove from centurion to midrand for terrible service.On the website, its stated that the shop closes at 10pm. I arrived there at 9:20pm, and there was a note at the door stating that they close at 9:30pm. As i was about to walk into the shop, this woman comes running just to close the door in my face and she tells me the shop is closed. There were two other people who also wanted to buy from the shop. So we ask her, how are they closed since its only 9:20pm. She tells us in a rude manner that her time is 9:30. So we asked her how is it possible that all three of us have the same time and hers alone is 9:30. We asked to see her time she failed to show us the 9:30 she was adamant about. She even wore her name tag inside out so we could not identify her.So the issuess here are:[  ] The time discrepancies.  Website stating 10pm, and then a note at the door stating 9:30pm[  ] her rude manner and poor customer service. If they were out of food she could have let us know and,  or offered something that could be served in less than 10 minutes.If the little money that we spend at KFC is not appreciated anymore, KFC should send a memo so we can take our money elsewhere where there is better customer service.

Staff are not at all understanding.Extremely incompetent.Cannot take simple orders correctly.Charged me extra as well.Will never again be purchasing anything from this pathetic branch againNot even worth half a star

The overall experience is mostly pleasant with minimal waiting times. The store consistently gets all my orders right.

What I liked most about this KFC was self service that was super awesome you dont need the you only order and pay by yourself.

This KFC is just like any other. But I must say, it was great how quickly they served their customers. The food was fresh and hot and really enjoyable. The Colonel Burger ordered was said to be really good with great sauce distribution and really juicy chicken. All in all a wonderful experience.

Its KFC, so you can be pretty sure what you are getting.Why are they so stingy with the sauce on the zinger /colonel burgers & wraps though?This branch also has a tendency to close the drive-thru early and force you to go inside.

This KFC branch is fairly consistent as they are always. They actually got me eating KFC after over 10 years. The food is fresh & not oily - as per the usual KFC reputation. I suggest that you walk in if you are in a hurry as the drive through takes longer. Remember to enter the competitions on the till slip.

I order a variety box and got a burger that looks like it had aspirations of becoming a turtle. Took a bite and realised that half of the chicken on the burger can audition for prison break, because it was gone. Michael Scofield should be proud but the management of this establishment should do some soul searching! Dont go there, or only when youre half hungry but youll still have to pay full price for the experience. Cheers!!!

I wanted to long for my order. One of the workers took my slip then she give it back to me and went to serve the orders even though they came after me. After that she got back to me and told me she was busy with the other orders. They came after me. Why did they got served first when Im the one who arrived first and I waited and waited. I wont lie this time around I didnt enjoy my experience.

Food is as good as KFC gets, no complaints about that. But the noise...staff yelling, machines blaring, cant even hear the cashier.

The sign said they close at 7pm but doors were already closed at 6h20pm and they were cleaning not allowing anyone into the store how unprofessional!

Usually there is no queue here,but today Im not sure if its load shedding, I waited like 10 minutes and the staff today looked super tired, non friendly, I bought the Tuesday special with R70 and the lady decided to keep my R1 without communicating with me,they even got the ladys order who was infront of me wrong, which caused even more delays,,

Those red brick benches they have, are horrible to sit on. I was there at night to buy a meal and it was freezing cold outside, almost 16 degrees and sitting on those uncomfortable cold brick benches made everything worse. The meal was good, service was quick but KFC just invest in our comfort as customers

SCAM ALERT!!! Visited earlier this week with 2 friends, with each of us placing individual orders. On all 3 orders we were told that they didnt have small change. I ordered nuggets and sauce. When I received my order and checked it, the nuggets did not include the sauce. Only then we were told that they were out of stock. They charged me for it, but did not say anything when I placed my order. After refusing to give me something else in its place (knowing I paid for it) I requested to speak to the Manager. It was also confirmed that the lady at the till was lying about the small change. She was actually STEALING the customers money!!!!!

They let go into the drive thru and only to let you know that the product you want is not available. So you now have to waste time in the middle of car that want to collect their orders and the ones who want to place orders. I suggest that they put a board before you enter the drive thru that certain products are out of stock.

The coffee was so bad felt like I was drinking water.

Love your zingers... Food does not disappoint. However the fact that you have to wait +15 at the drive through is absolutely ridiculous.

It requires a revamp. Need to have polite and professional front end staff. Sales or order take personnel are shabby.
