It is dark in the parking lot and it doesnt feel safe. You would think driving all the way to KFC should mean that KFC has all the stock available. So it was disappointing to find yet another KFC who did not bother to make pap, yes porridge with gravy, which you can order with a Streetwise 2 or 3. KFC is probably the most popular franchise in South Africa, but they sometimes lack the basics. This KFC is not the best one to visit and a waste of time and money.

Not my favourite centre. Access in and out of the centre remains a problem and the speed bumps are very awkward. Shops there tend to come and go, and the only shop I frequent there now, is the very average Pick n Pay.

U like the other KFC establishments, This particular KFC is quick with meal preparation i have to say. If youre hungry and you really want something quick, check em out👍👍

There must be a reason why I have not bought kfc for a while, and this past Saturday it came back to me. The food (3 piece and chips) was super oily. Definitely not fresh (bought around 5 in the afternoon). It is now Monday, and my stomach is still upset. I now understand why I did not come back. Last time I was at this branch the food also did not taste as it should. I will buy from kfc again, but I am going to avoid this branch at all costs. In addition, the staff was not very pleasant, and had to talk to each other at high volume, even interrupting me while I was placing my order.

First time I have ever eaten KFC that reminded me of my childhood memories, the chicken was well prepared

Supper fast service but the lady got our order wrong and blamed us in Sotho so awkward because we understand well and she was so surprised when we asked why you lying though🤥😂😂😂😂. It was such an offending moment but funny now

For some reason the staff seem to prioritise drive Uber and Mr. D orders as Ive waited for 10 or so minutes at the front of the queue before getting any service. Judging from how fast they have to do thing it seems that they are understaffed. Food is good and the restaurant is clean. Gets 3 stars not because of the staff bit because of the lack of them, please employ more people at peak times!

Went in and was told after waiting in line that their card machine was not working....absolutely pathetic.

We had a very pleasant dinner. The service was exceptionally friendly and it was a lovely ambience.

I came in here around 7:30, the service was very quick. There was a communication difficulty between the teller and as she spoke Vernacular to me and when I responded in my home language. She could understand what I was trying to say. Its best we stick to English.

Was also in the drive through on Thursday 24 July. Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes, couldnt leave as there were cars behind me. No word from staff. We eventually get to the window and they are closed. 40 minutes wasted. All other outlets closed. Useless. All they had to do was advise us that they were closed or closing soon.

Its quick to get your meals and it not congested

I have been stuck in this drive thru for eternity. My family has given me up for lost. All the windows are locked, I have tried phoning to find out if there is a hostage situation inside. It has seriously been 40 minutes now, and I cant even go inside to wee because the Range Rover behind me is calling for their beheading. I dont even know if they are even still open. I hope to get home before curfew ends. F*** you guys and your dirty chicken.

Amazing experience here. I have been to this KFC many times and most of the time the quality of the food is good and very short time to get the food ready.

Very slow, but it was a Friday

The place is very neat.And the workers are very friendly.

Got to KFC at 18h48, doors were locked however the big sign outside showed the operating hours where 07h00am to 07h00pm.They refused to open the doors and where there at least 6 very upset customers waiting outside and turned down. There were still customers inside KFC. Really disappointed inyou guts.

Last night I parked my car directly in front of KFC Kyalami Downs, only to discover that my vehicle had been broken into and goods has been stolen. I has to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for my food as apparently the chicken legs took a long time to be made. Then I asked to see the CCTV footage and could not be helped. For your own safety, do not go there at night.

Great service with a friendly smile from Millicent and Nthombi. Always warm and welcoming. Very quick service, especially with big orders coming from our office nearby. Well prepared food. One of my favourite KFCs and have yet to have a bad experience

Five stars when the revamp is finished and I can drive thru; now only park & go buy. Very few takeaways beat their Streetwise 2 (or 3 if youve skipped lunch.) And they deliver when the cricket is on. And when its not. Looking forward to Dry white, semi-sweet, or red, Sir?

Terrible service received after i placed an online order, was called an hour later to say that my location is far from there (6.6km). We have ordered from them on numerous occasions but to my surprise was told today they cant deliver...shocking!!!They cancelled my order but now have to wait 72hrs for the branch to contact me for a refund. Going back and forth when calling the customer service number.

The staff are very kind, although the franchise is quite popular and busy, the workers still work fast and with a smile delegating their business to customer satisfaction.Usually the Drive Thru is faster and the lady or Male at the window always welcomes you before taking your order and even thanks you for coming.Very impressed with the hard work produced throughout the busy days.Their best meals are their Twisters and Crunch burgers as well as their Krushers and their Ice creams. Very fresh although dont let the smell of the oil put you off when you arrive.Open 24/7 and is in a nice, secure area.

The staff always seems preoccupied with their conversations when its time to take orders, but the food is good though, its always fresh and hot.
