If I could give less than 1 star I would... not nearly as advertised online, rooms had mouldy roofs and my room didnt lock properly. Situated in an unsafe part of Johannesburg.

This place is cheap. But whatever one pays does not actually dictate a 3 star rating. It was terrible. I had to move rooms. To arrange a working light. Asked for an xtra blanket. Was told that they are not sure if there was one. No spoon for coffee.....

Fairly beautiful Lodge. Quiet and good for group bookings. Has 24hr catering services. The food is fairly beautiful. They offer some budget accommodation

The guest house is good and affordable bit the area is not good. It looks dodgy outside with lots of properties that needs some TLC

G&G is a very nice place. The stuff is friendly and the place is well-maintained and taken care of. It is a great value for your money.

5 star service I loved my stay here...break fast wasnt offered but the service was amazing...the room has a bathroom, clean linens, Iron incase your clothes are wrinkled, clear showing picture Television, I cant remember well but am quite sure it had WIFI

I got to the place only to find that my room which i booked was given to someone else. This is what they do so that you become desperate on arival at the venue and they offer you a more expensive room. False advertising is what they do to unsuspecting customers online. Dont go there unless you have a deep wallet.

The linen had stains, there was no hot water, the wifi didnt work, the heater didnt work so the room was REALLY cold. Very dissapointing ! Friendly staff though☺

The bathroom must be improved and also the services on washing the blankets after use the extra blanket was not clean.

Very nice place from the outside and great customer service the only complaint that I will give his that is not easy to get Wi-Fi and Im not sure if I can say Wi-Fi is available because its time you ask for a Wi-Fi code they will tell you that the person whos got the code is not available at that moment he how well some TVs in the rooms do you work but some of the rooms the TVs are not fully equipped DStv as promised parking is secure and available and my only other worries that early in the morning the stuff makes noise which is disturbing for customers if you would have decided to sleep up until 10 a.m. but overall the customer service is good although theres room for improvement thank you

Their service was very much poor, we booked for two nights but they never cleaned our room. The was no remote for the television, we have to ask for a towel, but they knew when we booked that they are 2 people , their sheets are too old and even torn , what I can say is that the need to renovate their place.

G&G Guest is a place to be. They are friendly and their 3 star B&B is one of a kind. I say try it.

They provide the worst service ever! They even switch off the mainswitch at night so that guests do not have access to electricity.
