We pop by often & this spot is just seamless! The store is so clean and neat, their staff are so friendly and they make really awesome smoothies! Love it!

Sadly, this particular store in Umhlanga has disinterested staff (to customers & their machines) to service excellence.These franchises prices have skyrocketed... R70 for a drink? The only good thing was their No Bull burger. THAT, I can recommend: decent price, great taste.

Please be very vigilant about this place.We ordered a tropical CBD (which doesnt have pineapple or kiwi - which are the only things my fiancé is allergic to) and my fiancé had a really bad allergic reaction. I called the manager to rectify this issue and they provided no help and spoke over me while I was explaining. Obviously this can be quite a big issue and theyre just defending their store and their staff and wont admit anything further.On several other separate occasions, drinks have been diluted or short portioned with certain ingredients and many times have seen them use other ingredients that are cheaper to replace more expensive ingredients.There are plenty of other better places to go, rather avoid this one.

Excellent place to eat all things healthy...but I just noticed something at the back kitchen. The staff were preparing a meal and one of ingredients fell out of the pan. The lady used her bare hands to pick it up and put it back into the pan. Not cool. Please all staff to use gloves in food preps.

This place is always consistent with their smoothies and food. They make it y the book and get it perfect every time.The staff are the friendliest bunch of people tou will ever meet in a shop. Always smiling and welcoming.

Their meals are good, but I just ordered the Pesto Egg Pot. Overpriced for the small serving Im getting. It cant even be described as a side dish, more like a snack.

Went during loadshedding. They still have great service and food. Lots of hand sanitizer around and available for customers.

For the most part the place is clean, convenient. The food is great and healthy options at your fingertips. Love the quality of their food, especially their wraps and smoothies. Parking is a challenge when its a busy day. Love the fact that they partner with discovery and momentum to get driving rewards. Big up to that! Encouraging good driving and healthy eating is a plus. Service is fair but staff could do with a bit extra training.

This is where Kauai as a franchise fails dismally. Inconsistent.I ordered a large cappuccino, was handed my plastic number and took a seat at a table with my husband. The next thing I know a lady is next to me with a take away coffee ... Thinking they had brought it to the wrong table I said I had ordered a Large Cappuccino ... the lady at the counter shouts - Yes that is a large cappucinno 😮 ... but I didnt order a takeaway ... still thinking they had the wrong person ... Um No that was my coffee! Please may I have it in a cup as I am having it here. Not a word was spoken, she carried on serving customers and then when she was finished with them she went and made my cappuccino ... or emptied the takeaway cup into my cup? and I was eventually presented with a Cappuccino that was so hot it was undrinkable for 10 minutes ... grrr.For this reason Seattle will always be my first choice of franchise outlets - it doesnt matter which store you go to you are guaranteed a fantastic cappucinno. Unfortunately for Umhlanga the Seattle outlet closes at 2 on a Saturday.On a positive note, Kauai Florida Road never disappoints ...

Went to the Kauai on Sunday in Umhlanga Rocks Drive. There was only two people working in the entire store and slow as can be. Including me there was only 3 customers. Eventually left without even ordering anything.
