Asked for a double cheese 🧀 burger and only got single burger 🍔 with no cheese. On many occasions dont get the drink with my burger meal. Get my orders via Uber, its not Uber fault, its the person who packs the orders never checks it.

Covid protocol are on point. the food is great and vibe it has a beautiful African story lovely place to eat.

Terrible experience and service at Coastlands Durban.Chicken was not cooked, not fresh, tasted dry bland and saltless even though I ordered extra hot, chips was stale, asked for 8 pieces got 7. Manager doesnt take calls. Very disappointed!!!

Ive never waited this long for an order to come out. The lady at the till was nice and she explained that the order will take a bit less than 15 minutes to come out as she was told by those who prepare them. I didnt have a problem with that, however, I waited over 45 minutes my order. The lady who was giving out orders seemed not to be interested in what she was doing. At last when my order came she didnt put butter for bread rolls. I noticed this and I asked for it. She shouted out to someone I couldnt see to bring her a box of butter. I waited again for the butter until I asked her from where are they bringing the butter from and she said its just downstairs its just that they were short staffed. I dont think I will ever return to this shop again and wont recommend anyone to go there. They just dont care about their customers.

Always happy with the meals at Nandos. The store is in a convenient location close to the Beach and Accommodation but the general area is a bit shady but nothing to do with Nandos.Busy and whilst there is a wait at times, it is worth it. Ample seating for sit in meals.Footnote : went to this store on Sunday and it seems to have been downgraded to a more budget like store. I can only assume its due to the general decay of the area.???

Very disappointed with the quality of your Hotpot. Probably more cause I really enjoyed the first experience I had with it at the Workshop branch. Travelled quite the distance just to purchase it and Im in some regret.It doesnt look appetising, it has large chunks of cabbage with less meat and what really put me off with it was the amount of gravy dished, way too little for all that pap. Had to throw away more than half the pap away cause once the little gravy was finished, the pap was just dry.Hope the matter is fixed for future purposes.

Disappointed with the service, whenever i order online for delivery from Coatlands theres always something wrong 1.) I request extra sauce but i get extremely little sauce and the wrong flavour, 2.) the delivery takes more than its supposed to and when you call there query deptartment they dont ever ever answer they put you through to customer care saying they will put your through to coastlands and you end up waiting so long till they cut your call 3.)they dont provide sachet sauces and the food presentation is very very poor.

Food was properly prepared and tasteful despite the fact it was extremely busy(new years day). The food was prepared in not too long too.

The service is slow especially when it festive season. They cant keep up with customer pressure. But in overall, food is great beside that the soaces are are not placed at the tables which customers are using

Please sort out your orders properly or you will lose customers.
