Service is always good. My favorite of the Kauai stores to visit around me. Food is always fresh and if they dont have fresh then you choose something to substitute your order. Very chilled space. They have a range of meals to choose from. On the go or they famous wraps. Smoothies are served very cold so wait a bit before having to avoid the brain freeze. Most meals are like half cold and half hot due the the fresh veg which isnt cooked and the meat which is cooked however that balance works out. You can choose between chicken of beef with quite a few meals. They are a much healthier meal to have out. Freshness is goodness.

15 minutes for a smoothie made in a blender?I have had better smoothies elsewhere. Leaves you with an un-welcomed after taste So disappointing :(

You need to get someone else on your frontline serving customers. Tshokozani is busy alienating your clients. Not friendly at all, rushed to take my order without listening to hear if I want a second or 3rd item.Very bad service

Whenever I visit here, I am always rudely rushed by the same male server to make an order, even with nobody in store or in line. As far as I can remember, this is the only KAUAI that gives me this experience.I would appreciate someone who asks do you still need some time? and allows me the time I need then comes back later (if theyre busy) to take my order when I am ready. That is standard good consumer service and common courtesy.And there is always a shortage of an ingredient on a menu item, which forces me to either change my order or go elsewhere.

They didnt have Apple Juice for Smoothie so they used WATER as alternative. Wrap was completely incorrect. Took over 20 minutes for the above incorrect order to be made. Management was completely disinterested. I will NEVER return there
