Was there yesterday, with my 81year old mother; cleaning service is good staff are wonderful Only complaint is that we ordered Lemon and Herb 1/4 chicken special; what we got was Lemon and Herb mixed with something which left a burning sensation around our mouths and had to keep on sipping Juice!Complained to the manager, even spoke to the manager but basically was completely ignored fell on deaf ears so had to keep on eating or go hungry !!!! Eat loads of Nandos with lemon and herb never experienced burning sensation before!! Will not eat or refer anyone there ever again!!

Sterling service! The manager and waitress made sure we were comfortable. They checked up on us a few times and were very friendly. Excellent keep it up!

I was craving Nados so badly today and when my order came I was just disappointed, the spinach is only and tasteless the chicken is burnt, guys come on

The food was great but the manager or staff by the name Samantha was so rude for no particular reason because of that I will never go there again.i think she needs training on how to treat anyone ,not just the guests because if this is how she treats people then they are going to loose a lot of business.SHE IS A PIECE OF WORK.☹️😠

Very friendly and excellent service

The food was really good but the service was awful. I had to wait for my bill for 30 minutes. I even considered walking out without paying for my bill at one point. Nandos has pathetic service and I usually avoid this restaurant at all cost.
