The food was disgusting. The chicken tasted boiled and the sauce was watery with zero flavor (yet it was extra hot). This was after me taking my food back to the branch and having a new meal prepared.

Friday 01/10/21Purchased meals for 7ppl for dinner ftom Springfield Store. Most pathetic unappetizing meals. Dry no sauce, hard chichen, no flavour! Absolute embarrassment to my guests. Its a nice place to grab quick lunch but the store manager should make sure that theres more cashiers during lunch because one cashier cannot serve 10 customers quick enough.

Very disappointed with the service received

Staff is incompetent. Constantly gets orders wrong every time! You ask for a veg burger, theyll give you chicken. Ask for two pitas, youll get one. Occurs with every one of our orders. The chips are also the biggest rip off and they absolutely refuse to give you more than two tiny pieces of halloumi for your R15.

Long standing branch, used to be well known for late closing hours which have now stopped. Generally a quiet branch with a larger sit in space. Recommended

I called at 17:51 to place an order for collection. I was told it would be ready at 18:10. Upon arrival at 18:12 I paid for the order but only to recieve it at 18:38. Not that it wasnt ready but the staff was busy doing an unproductive up and down in the restaurant prioritizing deliveries than walk ins. So if my fiance had not gotten up from the couch to enquire, our order number would not have been called out. We would still be sitting at the restaurant with our order just lying there

Really slow service which was disappointing considering they werent very busy. Their milkshakes were terrible. Made with 80% ice, tasted horrible.

I placed an order and paid online. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called the support line. They tell me the store didnt open today. Their online service is beyond broken, its incomplete- not to mention their ridiculous prices which have steadily increased year on year as their quality sharply drops.

Hi, in response to your reply. it was more naise...The chicken was very dry when it was served. We sent it back for more basting sauce to be applied on it. Another family did the same for their meal when it was served to them.

Great venue and love the new look interior. I have found that chicken served at most Nandos is cold - as in temperature. I have often had to send it back to the kitchen.

I came with my wife and grand childWe didnt want to order for the grand child as she was already eating a Debonair pizza when we walked inWe asked the manager if it was OK the grand child continues earing her pizza and we order our Nandos meal. The manager refused to allow that.Therefore we decided to go eat somewhere else. Not impressed that one would lose business because of rules

Just go to Gateway or LA Mercy Nandos its the best places to go for service and atomasphere.

Nandos you disappoint me so!I have had to get used to your budgie sized chickens, but noweven your supposedly sharing sides with a full chicken are barely enough for one person never mind the supposed family that this meal is supposed to feed.I love the taste of Nandos, but you have become very greedy with the tiny chickens you use. One day someone else will make a sauce better than your tangy tomato and then be assured Ill be flying the coop.

Tried for over 15minutes to place an order over the phone. Got voice recording saying we are experiencing high call volumes. I drive to Nandos Umgeni Junction only to find the front desk completely empty, no customers and no helpers around ! When we eventually get somebody to assist and tell them that we have been trying on the phone, they had no answer for us. So we order and wait....Meal gets put into counter but once again nobody is around to hand the meal to us....really and truly disappointed. Very poor service from Nandos Umgeni Junction
