Ive just received my order now and 1 item is missing. The delivery guy said it not hes fault!!

I ordered a power oats and coffee for sit down. I got the coffee quickly but waited 30 minutes for the meal which wasnt arriving. When I asked the staff they apparently forgot and had put it into a take away tub. No surprise that they thought it was acceptable to dump the cold congealed porridge onto a plate and present that as a meal. This branch was not busy, there is a lot of staff churn and it has gone down the toilet since the manager left. There were probably 6 staff members milling about and not one of them bothered to ask why there was a takeout waiting, why the customer tag was still on the table etc. I come here every business day and they all know my order.

One of the WORST run Kauai stores in the country. I can’t tell you how many times I have ordered a take away breakfast for them to make while I am getting ready, only for them to forget the order or tell me “oh we had to sell your oats to someone else because they came to collect before you”. Once again this morning I ordered breakfast, came back to collect 30min later and surprise surprise nothing was ready!

Couldn’t get in as I’m not a gym member. So I was told to wait for waitress to be called to come assist. Waited at the entrance for 10 minutes without being served and left
