I think its just the worst location possible. Firstly you have to search for it. Then when you walk all the way to Virgin Actice, you get there you cant go inside as if youre a common criminal. You do not treat your customers well. Why dont just have another one inside if you want to to mantian this random exclusivity

Make sure you confirm your order on the day, Placed an order for 11 only ended up getting it at 11:45 and was so embarrassed as I was late for the meeting with our international guests. Shameful service!!!
